My only comments are 1st: Why would anybody want any egg sandwich on bread that ISN'T toasted? Yuk! 2nd, the promo flavor called cake butter latte, or something that should reflect what I'm saying...um, failed. Just tasted like an iced coffee with whipped cream on top. I have to confess I'm not a patron of any Dunkin Donuts, but either way I am was under the impression at the very least iced coffe(latte) or not that I would be asked how I would like it made. Ex: "light and sweet?" Or whatever. Nope.
went today and ordered 2 drinks. One I asked for light ice. When the brought the drink out the cup had light ice...and had liquid only 3/4 of the way up. I pointed and said "wait? why is this like this? can you fill it up" with that the girl said 'we dont fill up all the way with light ice, its the managers rule" I laughed and said give me a break. She turned around and filled it up all the way. When she came back I said "I come here all the time and never had this happen" with that she was kinda snotty and said frustrated "I am not arguing with you!". OK. thanks for not arguing. But really? After all the drinks we have had with way to much ice, you are going to start skimping on liquid now. What a joke.
The cashier was very nice and friendly. Poor girl was the only one working there when we came through drive thru for our drinks.
The tall boy with the dark hair seems aggravated and impatient. I saw him vaping while making my coffee too. Will not be returning here.
Very poor customer care and service. In addition, I have seen several of the younger employees vaping and still working here for a few consecutive months. Is this sort of behavior allowed and accepted by the management and staff? Smoke breaks are understandable but I don’t think it should be allowed in the store around the food and drinks being served to customers especially when some of these employees are clearly not old enough to smoke. Something needs to be done about these careless teenagers vaping during work. Maybe checking the security footage every once in a while would help. This is not appropriate for a donut shop.
The customer service has been way off on the past three visits Not friendly whatsoever and they also informed me that you need to give them 15 minutes from the time you order on your to go app for them to prepare your stuff. Mind you I had two coffees and it wasn’t because they hadn’t received the order because it already comes through the informed me that. I just forgot my card so I use my to go app so you’re telling me from the drive-through speaker to their window they need 15 minutes to make a coffee that is crazy there deterring their customers from using the to go app Both of them came in from outside mind you
I buy from this store frequently. They know my name and my order. Yesterday a machine was down so they couldn't make my order. I use the app so they have me my receipt to prove I had already paid, and they even called ahead to another store so my order was ready when I got there.
They never stir my coffee makes you mad especially when you ask them if they did and they say yeah we did..
Was just here. Went in and no one was at counter, so I went to bathroom. Came out and no one at counter. No one to be found anyplace. Was here about 10 mins and saw or heard no one. Thinking maybe the employee’s walked out.
No one at inside counter taking orders. Staff saw us at the counter walked away until I asked for assistance.
