My go-to for fresh & healthy food! Love the burritos and how I can customize everything from the app. Totally love the order ahead feature and the convenience of being able to run in and grab my order off the rack. The app is at times quirky though. Deducted 1 star for atmosphere and employees being hit or miss as far as friendliness.
Doing Grubhub deliveries - staff clearly does not understand that third party delivery drivers are financially on the line and time is valuable when it comes to a performance based job. Staff is dismissive. Management is worse. Lots of chit chat and no work. Highly recommend regional management review. Had this location in particular shut down for online ordering due to the fact they claimed technical issues with the app multiple times. Mostly staff does not check. Many customers especially students paying top dollar at skidmore have waited hours for their food - for anyone from skidmore reading this - you’re welcome - now you know. When I explained the economics on how delivery apps work staff laughed at me. That’s how stupid this place is. Order from Taco Bell instead. Please. Please order from Taco Bell. At least they have it together. They also said they were understaffed when they have 2 people malingering - ordering food for themselves and a backlog of online orders causing that backlog to become increasingly greater. Can’t make this up - wouldn’t survive a day in NYC (the real world for anyone reading this in lalaland).

A tale of two chains.Chipotle and the wish version of it “Moe’s”.However you feel about masks just read my review of Moe’s to understand whatever side your on I think there is some common ground points I make.Anyway. I have trouble breathing (or maintaining adequate Blood oxygen levels) and honestly I am tired of making a big deal about my health in public, being singled out about it or having to struggle with a face covering just to blend in.I came here to get food. The staff told me to mask up I asked if they made any legal accommodations. Teen enforcing the policy had no idea and politely grabbed the manager. Manager explained “chipotle is enforcing a mask mandate even though there is no state or county one here. I could order online”I responded that that was inconvenient but I understand their policy and her position. I asked if shed be willing to make a legal accommodation and take my order from either the front door or while I sat at one of their tables. ( as per their policy and #science covid doesnt work if you are sitting down. It cant get you apparently hence the packed dinning room of maskless people but everyone standing wearing the paper compliancy garbs)The manager said “sure”.Proceeded to take my order out front, prepare the food and brought up my order.Super friendly and understanding.I get people are afraid but be honest its a tiny store theres no difference between people sitting and standing whether they are eating or not. These rules have just gotten silly.Anyway the difference is chipotle can enforce an unpopular store policy effectively with out being nasty, disrespectful or discriminatory. Moe’s clearly cant.Moe’s was a 30 minute ordeal of abuse, ignorance, and even law enforcement being calledVSChipotle taking 5 minutes total start to finish. Getting my food and being treated like a person.

Food is still decent but you will get your order 30-120 mins later than the time you were told. Prices have also well surpassed the industry (Moe’s, Qdoba, etc)yet their service has tanked. What was once a 3-4 time a week meal has turned into a meal I regret ordering every time
Online system never works... Always out of something.... I actually believe they just hate money. But Moe's system always works and collect funds just fine. ?
If you’re going to change your hours of operation, maybe you should update your Facebook page and your Google search results so people aren’t wasting their time driving to your location only to find out that you’re closed two hours earlier than what you say you are.
Fast service, fresh food, always good eats. Website down to taking online orders, but service was so fast I didn't care.
We love Chipotle and eat at the clifton park location several times a month since its closest to our house. We tried the saratoga location today and the atmosphere is 10 times better than CP. Its nice and open whereas clifton park is very small and cramped . Its so busy all the time so its a hassle to get in and out but the Saratoga store was very welcoming and relaxed and the employees are really on the ball. The rewards thing was having a glitch but the manager comped one of our items to make up for it which we thought was excellent customer service. Would definitely go to the Saratoga location again
