This is the best pizza/pasta restaurant in the area! Lots of choices and more than adequate seating. I was surprised that seating is so plentiful. Staff was really friendly. Prices are great. Definitely going back. I'm sorry that I didn't discover this place sooner!
We came back to Caputos because things were improving and we were enjoying the pizza. Yesterday things failed. Dough was thicker than usual and not well done as asked. Sausage and peppers turned out to be sausage and pepperoni. I hate pepperoni and once its cooked on a pizza there is no going back.
Always good whatever we go we go to the inside dining there have been times when we have ordered ahead so our food is ready when we get there the workers are so nice
The other evening my wife and I drove to Michael’s to pick up a poster she had framed. When she got back in the car she inquired about where we should eat. I was looking right at Caputos and suggested we try it. We live in Savannah which has literally no good Italian food so in the summer I can’t get enough. I ordered chicken parm and my wife eggplant parm. Both came with soup or salad so we got the pasta fagioli. It was delicious, a little spicy but perfect. Our entrees were huge and both quite good. We packed the other half of our dinners into tins and headed home. We will surely go back as the food and service were really that good.
We were in town for a trip and I used Google to find pizza. The reviews and responses sold me on this place. Absolutely delicious and I'm Sicilian so I know. 5 stars and excellent
The worse restaurant experience….It’s a fricking joke.No one person cares about the customer experience. They would rather be on their cell phones.Harry doesn’t ‘get it’ … not sure where he learned management skills…. But I do not believe he understands how to ‘lead a team to common goals’ or staff development….Or professionalism….,I am done. Spent 200 dollars over the past 2 weeks ….. I will not go back. The food is average at best…. And not authentic Italian. My advice ….. Stay Away!
While visiting NY state, we asked our son to take us to an authentic NY pizza place. This is where he took us. There was nothing really bad about the pizza. There just wasn't anything special about it either. It tasted just like any other pizza we have gotten at Pizza Hut or Dominos.
Was here a week ago 2 times. Pizza was good but to charge customers to use a credit card is terrible. And to not put it on the check and just the total! You as the owner should pay the charge it’s the cost of doing business. The second day ordered a pick up and the only girl on charged me 23. Dollars for a large cheese pie with half meatball. Now that’s not the price on the menu. So short staffed shame on you.
Super nice, speedy, and yummy food!
I find their pizza just OK. Sometimes the dough or maybe the sauce is super salty. When getting slices to go, they always rush and don't leave the slices in long enough to warm up completely. I spent over $10 for 2 slices and a large drink and my pizza was not even warm, it was still coldish as the guy was rushing as usual. I was annoyed about my half-warm pizza which I ate right away in my vehicle. To me, luke warm pizza that has been sitting out on the counter is just yucky instead of being super hot. I will speak up next time and ask for them to get the slices nice and hot and crispy. The employees are always nice and the slices are huge! Good NY style pizza!
