I had a burger there that I've never had in any other franchise restaurant. It was great. It had an egg, a hash brown, some maple syrup (but it wasn't super sweet, just a hint of maple), bacon, and of course, the burger. And the fries were nice and crispy and perfectly seasoned...and the soda fountain has a super wide selection of Coke, Fanta, Dr. Pepper, Minute Maid along with a variety of flavors made by these soda brands...and did l mention that you can refill your cups for free...
Nice place. They serve great burgers and hot dogs and excellent fries. They have draft beers on tap. Wide variety of soda. Go to the counter and order they'll buzz you when it's ready. Plenty of room to dine inside or outside on the beautiful deck in the front all covered nice clean restaurant. Great meal. We made the trip over from Vermont will do it again soon.
This was my very first time going here and I was very happy with my experience. I got the ultimate bacon burger, thing was huge, double patty 1160 cal and 100% worth it. Basic but delicious. Lots of bacon lots of cheese. I was also surprised and delighted about seeing draft beer on tap, and tried a new beer which was a great buy. Blueberry lemon Kolch. Good summer brew. The female cashier was friendly and even though they were down town busy on a Saturday, she kept a pleasant demeanor, handled myself and other customers efficiently and happily. Great walk and great lunch.
I drove 45 mins to the Saratoga location to spend over 40 bucks for them to forget a sandwich? then made me wait 20 more mins for the burger. After I asked if i would be able to get a free 3 piece tender for their mistake they looked at me like i was stupid, taking into consideration my food is now cold and nasty. Customers service 0 out of 0 and I won't ever be coming back again!
I tried BurgerFi for the 1st time tonight, I stopped after work around 9:15ish. I asked the cashier if she was still taking orders and she said “yes, but they weren’t making shakes.” I was really looking forward to getting a shake but since they closed at 10 I thought that it was fair. I went outside to wait for the food and when I went back in to get my food the same cashier was making a shake for another customer who came in minutes after me. I did not have a good 1st impression with this place. I was really disappointed that she lied to me to avoid making me a shake.
Good veggie burger, but onion rings were way too salty. We couldn't eat them ? Customer service at the counter was less than friendly.

I never got a receipt and it was almost $60 for 2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 onion ring and a shake. I assume I was charged for 2 rings as there were 2 orders despite asking for 1. Good, but not worth that kind of money for a burger.
Great burger for a decent price! And very friendly people! Love it! Will definitely be going back!
Ordered online for a certain time, but ended up getting there 20 minutes early and that is why I think they were not aware of it, but no problem, they started the order promptly and we were on our way back to the hotel with a happy bag full of burgers, fries and onion rings. The burgers were delicious so were the fries and onion rings. The staff were friendly and quick with our order.
