Great service. We were seated right away on a busy Friday evening. Unfortunately the mozzarella sticks were not done so we had to send them back. Also, trying to find the entrance to this restaurant was a nightmare. It didn't have its own entrance off the main road. We had to find a side road as we didn't even see a large sign for the restaurant from the main road. Otherwise a good dining experience.
While walking in side noticed a big hole in parking lot about 2 feet in diameter. It was 2 feet deep but underneath it was around 4 feet in diameter next to a storm drain. Contacted management immediately when we left nothing was done. Contacted management again was like they could care less. Someone could get hurt or damage there vehicle
The stake my wife got was way overdone I sat there 45 minutes to an hour after I got done eating just to get the check to cash out manager was very good about the situation
Great lunch with my wife. Wait staff were excellent. Our meals were really good and my wife ordered a steak, the manager came to the table when it was served asking her to cut it to check if was the way she wanted it. All very good.

Absolutely terrible. The food was bland, boring, frozen TV dinner. I ordered the whiskey bacon burger with cole slaw instead of fries. I received no slaw and a mound of fries. I asked for no pink in the center and it was very rare. On top of that, the whiskey sauce was a teeny tiny drizzle. I'm not sure how you make a burger with cheese, bacon, and sauce taste like cardboard, but Applebee's managed to do just that. When the server saw my uneaten burger he asked if it was OK. I told him I had asked for it to be cooked more. Common sense would say to take this issue to the manager, but nope, not even an apology. He just took my plate away. My son ordered a corn dog with applesauce. He didn't get applesauce but fries instead. He will eat just about anything and he left half of his corn dog on the plate. Terrible, terrible restaurant. Never again Applebee's.
went to applebees saratoga in san jose ca and ordered baby back ribs take home. cost about $25, its tough and hard to chew. money wasted.
Our server Christa was very attentive, without hovering, personable and professional.My Bourbon chicken was oversalted but otherwise meal was good.
I wish they had more menu items, but the food is delicious.
