Awesome service! Mia was fantastic.
Good turkey club and breakfast sandwich, fries were awesome, really well seasoned!
The condition of this hotel was in poor shape. Our sink was cracked, the sink drain was rusted as were bars in the shower. The towels were horrible! The temperature in the room was difficult to maintain and the temperature in the lobby was ice cold. Our refrigerator froze all the drinks.
Fabulous stay. Very attentive to our needs, ( a family of four.) Great advice from the front desk regarding local restaurants, pool was open and extremely clean. Room was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and COVID precautions. Beds were very comfortable. My husband often has issues in hotel beds and sleep through the night. Wouldn’t hesitate to return the next time we went to Saratoga.
First time ever: We didn't stay the night. We decided to drive the three + hours home and sacrifice $300 rather than stay even one night in this old, dingy, musty, decrepit excuse for a hotel. Hilton, you should be ashamed to have your name associated with this place!
Not worth $400 + a night!!! Room was a bit dirty. Bathtub had stain rings. Felt ripped off!!!! Good location. Decent gym. The gym had TVs but all the equipment faced the wall not the T.V. The pillows were terrible too.
Stay away from this Place. I had a 3 nights reservation and could not make it on the first night. So i contacted them and said will be there for the next day. Got there the next day at 10:30 pm and the front desk manager Jim was the rudest person to deal with. He said ‘’only stupid people travel on memorial day to lake George its always raining’’ He said that my reservation was canceled and if i want to spend the night i would have to pay. So not having another choice i paid for 2 rooms again. I asked for 4 bottles of water and he took my $20 and put it in his pocket. The room keys did not work, the bathroom had no toilet papers, the pool was out of service……
I would not recommend this hotel. There is no easy way to get your luggage into the building. The elevators were very slow and creaked loudly. We were given an "Upgrade" to a room that was level with an attached roof covered with air conditioner units. VERY unsightly. The air conditioning in our room did not work well. They said they put it on the VIP control for us - but it never kicked in. The bathroom is small and the leather seating in the living room was not comfortable. The carpet by the refrigerator had sticky stuff on the floor - my foot stuck to it. The faucets do not flow well, they kind of spray all over - including the shower. The bed and pillows were very good, the staff was friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of everything on Broadway which was very convenient.
Check-in is 3:00. Usually when you are HH honors, you can check in earlier but we couldn't, rooms not ready. No big deal come back at 3:45, room STILL not ready. Told them we needed a room close to elevator because of my husbands condition. The front desk person said rooms weren't ready but when we got off elevator, I saw numerous rooms with blue tags on them (clean rooms) near the elevator. They give us a room at the opposite end of the building!!! My husband had to stop 3 times & that's with his oxygen to get room. Disgraceful
This hotel was clean, but decent at best. I want to be clear that we were not expecting perfection during COVID and went in with the hopes of feeling safe and we totally did! We had a standard King room. It needed a lot of work, missing wood on the nightstand, stains under the window, missing wallpaper and so on. For the going rate I did not expect so much wear and tear. The walls are VERY thin- the first night we had an issue at midnight with noisy neighbors. The manager handled it well, but still took over 20 minutes to get them quiet and we could hear every word they were saying. The doors also slam! Bring ear plugs. Location cannot be beat and the lobby was spacious. Pool is not open and we did not see the bar open either, but we were always eating and drinking on Broadway so that did not matter. The town in general was perfect for a short getaway!
