Having worked in the service industry, I truly appreciate quality customer service and that is exactly what this TGIF provided. 3 adults and four kids (ages 6, 4, 3, 2) all enjoyed a weekend dinner. Our waitress was welcoming, friendly, provided quality suggestions and checked to make sure we were ok during our dinner experience. The children had a great time and were provided crayons and coloring sheets while they waited for the meal. It'd a shame that I can't remember the name of the hostess. But she was wearing a wrist brace. She was amazing. ????
As a former fridays employee in another location it’s clear that the entire franchise is ran like garbage. Servers are lazy, bartenders are inattentive, no one smiles. Forgot to give me straws like 3x, Forgot my dressing for my salad, forgot my marinara sauce. Server who ran our food slammed my plate on the bar. Like okay thank you. Fridays sucks everywhere it’s not just a certain location it’s every Fridays. Can’t believe I tried to give it another shot. Food was cold too. My chicken was pink. But whatever. Won’t see me back as a customer again.
Waited at least 5-10 for someone to seat us. That was after my significant other decided to go and locate someone, because they all were in the back. Female restrooms were well, so so 3 stalls 2 in which only small and uncomfortable, handicapped stall lock broken, middle stall had feiss thatbwas never removed when being cleaned.On another note - a female that worked there unsure if manager or assistant manager looked out of it like she was well....needed medical attention of sorts.Food and drinks were good, waiter a comedian. Enjoyed the food. Maybe will be back not sure, that location.

The experience was second to none and our waiter Felix was the best. He made sure everything was on point. Service was great and food was delicious. It made me forget they didn't have candles for my son's Tsunami birthday cake. ?
Good food and good service. Nice spot to grab a quick bite or a few drinks, chill and watch the game.
I went here for lunch with my husband and two toddlers and the service was not good.i asked for a booster seat for my two sons and only got one I was told another would be comming and it ever came so I ended up holding my son to eat. We had to call another sever over to clear the table after eating our appetizers because our waiter was no where to be found . The food was good which is why I am rating the restaurant 3 stars but the service was trash.
Felix was awesome. He was efficient, friendly and has impeccable taste in his suggestion regarding what he likes on the menu.He was attentive and friendly.He made our visit very special.
Order instructions were not followed on the burger meals. Both looked cooked well done but was supposed to be medium and medium-well. I asked for NO ONIONS and onions were on the platters. Overall, the food was just meh.
One of my favorite place to eat. The food is delicious and the drinks are excellent. The service is very good and the price is reasonable for family.
