Pizza and Panera are two words that should not be associated with each other. The decor at this location reminds me of a hospital cafeteria. Clean but drab in decor. My sausage and pepperoni flatbread pizza was terrible. I've eaten many, many flatbread pizzas, this was the worst. Toppings were good. Flatbread crust seemed underdone. Cheese was salty and gooey. It did not adhere to the pizza. Sauce was more of a birria taco sauce, rather than a pizza sauce. Just a disgusting mess posing as a flatbread pizza. This was disgusting. It was a waste of $11.99. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
The cashier offered more suggestions than those that were apparent. I took one of them. The kitchen is always fast and efficient. They pay attention to special requests. Plenty of parking in the rear if none out front.
This is one of the worst Paneras! They usually get takeout orders wrong and they are always out of everything. I went in at 730 on a Friday night and they were out of every soup. Don't waste your time here and move on to the next one.
The employee receiving calls are rude and mean seeking for manager to ask inquiries instead hang the phone and drop calls.Tables are dirty and employees are disrespectful ..Do not come back in this store
I ordered Avacado, Eggwhite, cheese, on a ciabatta. Third time ordering and this time the Avocado was rotten. That’s so not cool. You open the Avacado and see that it’s rotten and you cut it and put it in the sandwich hoping that someone won’t taste the rotten mess? Like come on.That’s just not cool. Like ruined my whole breakfast and my mood.Thank you for your at least being timely but I rather have been told we don’t have a AVACADO.

Be careful with the chicken you eat from here, I always order the same sandwich at every Panera and NEVER get chicken that looks like this. This is horrid. When I called to complain about it, I was told they don’t sell raw chicken.
Diligent about checking vax cards etc. Though I wish they had some markers in the floor to indicate social distancing requirements. There are many times when people are standing too close to me in line including once when a couple of rude ladies insisted on standing close enough to breathe on me. It would have been gross even before the pandemic.
