To be clear, I only drove through late at night to get two plain cheeseburgers for my dog because it was too late to make his usual dinner. ? This might be the 3rd or 4th time I did something like this in the 8 years I've had him. When he balked at the first bite I have to admit I laughed a bit! He eventually ate them.Otherwise, the service was fine, quick and accurate as I ordered both cheeseburgers with meat and cheese only. ?
It is 8:50 in the morning when I approached the drive-thru window at this location and the employee taking orders must have been having a bad day. She rushed her morning speech so I couldn't hear her. As I went to order breakfast because she was mentioning lunch to me... (again at 8:50 in the morning) she didn't give me a chance to complete my order. Before I could continue to tell her what else I wanted, she rushed my order and told me to "pull up to the window" then told somebody else to come finish my order. I don't understand why I was receiving this attitude from her, especially this early in the morning. Instead of me letting her predict my day, when I approached the window I actually asked the person at the window who seemed to be her supervisor is she okay. He shook his head yes and continued on. I didn't feel the need to recieve this attitude from someone this early right before I had to start my own shift at work. I just wanted something to eat and her attitude turned me off. Not the best customer service so early in the morning.
Had the “Big Lettuce” meal....... Yummy... Yum.... Yum! The Big Lettuce is Lettuce crammed in between two tiny slices of bun with a slight trace of some kind of meat product.... And the best part is it’s completely COLD! Such a treat...... and only 12 dollars for a stunning meal...NEVER AGAIN! ?

Absolutely a place worth stopping by, the food is great and fresh, the costs are fair and it is constantly clean there. Kudos.
Yesterday morning, I stopped to pickup breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The counter help was efficient and friendly. All employees were wearing masks. Unfortunately the woman assembling the breakfast sandwiches I ordered was wearing her mask on her chin. Her mask was not covering her mouth or nose. We all know this is how germs are spread. There is no excuse for a food service employee not to wear their mask properly.
Manager was rude. Didn't care order was wrong and had onions which I'm allergic to.Had a reaction and he still didn't care.
I come here all the time and usually don’t have a bad experience but this time I was extremely disappointed. I use mobile order when I buy food from McDonald’s because it’s easier. I ordered McDonald’s breakfast at 10:49 am I live exactly 3 minutes away. I get there and the drive thru line is long and there’s cars in the mobile order pick up spot so I wait on the drive thru line and by the time I get to the speaker by 11:04 she tells me she can’t fulfill my order because it’s after 11 am. Mind you I already ordered it so not only should it not be an issue but I would’ve easily been there before 11 if the drive thru wasn’t long. Incredibly ridiculous and was not helpful what so ever obviously they could’ve given me the food or charged me for it through the system instead of the mobile order but didn’t care too… drove all the way to Freeport where they do 24/7 breakfast and will not be coming back. Told her I’d be writing a review and she said that’s ok! So here it is
