This place is beautiful! Nice black and white decor with a nice bar! They have happy hour at the bar only. I noticed the Hibachi side was busier. I had a Sangria, which was refreshing. The food was good so was the service. I have a feeling nights should be fun as the place is set up as a lounge, it has a night life vibe.

Had birthday celebration there as hibachi with some friends last night! The food was good for price, service charge was included as our party was 6. Hibachi chef was ok, very loud but atmosphere was good! The appetizers were tasty also.

I came from Long Island City to the this restaurant based on a recommendation from a family member. Basically an hour drive. I was celebrating a special bday with my family and wanted a nice Hibachi experience. When I called ahead I was told there were no more Hibachi reservations available. I then asked if I could reserve a table in the dining area and I was told I could just walk in. We get there and it’s crowded. I’m told there’s a 30 min wait. I asked the man assisting us why when I called I was told I could just walk in, he said “yeah, come in and wait”. That was the first omen. He could’ve told me on the phone we don’t take reservations for dining, it’s first come first serve. Fast forward to 35 min later, we are seated and wait 10 min before anyone comes to our table. A female server comes and asks us if we’ve been there before which we tell her no, she explains ordering and takes drink orders. Eventually and I mean eventually our food comes out and a male server asks us if we need anything. We don’t receive any other attention aside from us flagging the female server down for a few things. We decide we want dessert and flag her down again in which she tells us they’re closed and walks off. From what I know the restaurant closes at 10 pm. This is at 9:49 pm we are told this. It doesn’t sit right so I ask the male server after also flagging him down at what time do you have to order dessert by and he says at 9:30 pm.meanwhile he has a cake in a plate in his hand for another table. He offers us ice cream but we declined as that isn’t what we wanted to order. So I flag the female server once again and let her know ok, not only were we not attended to but it would’ve been nice to have been made aware in the beginning that the kitchen stops taking orders at 9:30. I said we’ve been seated since 8:05 pm and waited without complaint for our dishes but if it was so late in the evening, we could’ve been made aware so we could’ve ordered especially for the occasion we were celebrating. She apologized but also let me know she was just helping out server who was the male, but she wasn’t our original server. I told her we had no idea as she came and took our orders but never indicated she wasn’t the server, nor did the male introduce himself as our server. She apologized again and I had to let it go. She went to him and they had a brief and seemingly heated discussion in their language. He brought us the check and we never saw him after. Not a thank you for coming, not an apology, nothing. We paid, tipping them both, but I will never return to this place. The food was decent, not as tasty as my fave place in Queens, but not bad. The customer service and communication is clearly lacking from the host staff to the servers, so for that I give 3 stars. If you don’t mind being treated as if your money isn’t appreciated then this is your place ☺️

Great food and fun experience. Had the whole family there for Habachi. Chefs were fun and even though I am sure it was routine for them they made it special for everyone and it was a great experience for all. Food was very good and staff were very nice. Highly recommended for an entertaining and unique dining experience.

The restaurant was alright I didn't like the workers attitudes. The food looks good but it's very salty. It was okay I wouldn't recommend it. I'm not going back it was average. To each his/her own.

This was my worst hibachi experience this far! Our chef was hasty and very messy. Food all over the place even in our drink. Our salmon was undercooked, placed on our plates. When we brought it to his attention, he removed the salmon from our plates that we had already started eating and placed it back on the grill. The food was also not flavorful. Some folks ordered lo ster tail and absolutely did not get what they paid for. The lobster tails were all combined on the grill, cut in timely pieces then shared in parts that were less than equal to those who order lobster tail. Folks were not happy!! We were celebrating one of our sisters birthday and this was not the way we envisioned things going. Won't be visiting again!

Fabulous sushi and delicious hot sake. Ask for Tiffany- she's the best and you wont be disappointed. Fried Oreos for dessert are a must. The sashimi was fresh and on point.

Dined in with my mom tonight. Our server Zoey was absolutely amazing, she was very welcoming and quick on her feet. We left the restaurant talking about about her kindness and generosity on the way home with our adorable Kashi bag:)

As much as I enjoy Kashi, a specific area needs to be worked on such as take out orders. Sometimes the customer can be right and some, wrong. But in some cases, the chefs should take some time preparing. No need to rush! It is better to get the order right by taking your time than rush and get the order wrong and make the customer unhappy. Please work on getting the take out orders correct and listen to the customers orders. Even if you have or had a bad or rough day. That way the reward can be a win-win situation. You all work hard but I cannot give a full 5 stars until the work is improved in that specific area.

The best hibachi spot I’ve been to so far (and I’ve been to a lot). It was very busy but The service was still great and the food was perfectly cooked! The ambiance is also pretty dope. Great vibes overall
