Best sandwiches in the village, hands down.

This place service is HORRIBLE!!!! I with a couple of co-workers ordered three different salads and a tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato. We received oily lettuce not chopped as requested and all the toppings were mixed up like they just threw it all up in the air and let it fall where it may. SMH. The tuna sandwich no lettuce no tomato. I call to notify them of all the errors. The girl on the phone tells me Well I took the orders and I made them correct. Excuse me !!!! Come get these disgusting salads. How are you going to get an attitude because you messed up. Do you really think this was my goal ? to received a crappy salad and then be upset about it. Own your error and take corrective action!!!! That is customer service. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

I wanted to like this Deli. I understand times are tough and I am always for supporting small businesses. However, $6 for a basic BEC sandwich, is ridiculously overpriced. Unfortunately, I will not be going back. The sandwich was just ok, nothing special.

Cooked food is very salty. The make up prices. Arizona standard bottle size they over charged and on other drinks.not worth it

I understand new help may need extra time but it took 30min for one person to make 2 sandwiches. Not complicated and all the ingredients are listed right on the chalkboards. I asked for Mayo and pickle, saw them write it on the paper they made the Sandwich on and both were missing. The second sandwich had double meat- for no reason. This was a real disappointment.

I thought Ferrings in Baldwin was expensive. Grilled chix wrap with spinach and roasted peppers is $10.99 plus tax. $11.94 total, for a wrap. Not even a lot of chicken in the wrap. Such a rip off. Won't be going back.

Done with this place. Their employees are slower than snails which I let slide for the last few years. The last straw was when they sold me old and smelly Boar's Head chicken. And food handlers should still be in masks after learning what spews out of people's mouths when they talk. Disgusting!

I’m frustrated with this place. You have to check your order before you leave. I don’t mean just take an inventory of the number of sandwiches in the bag, I mean open up the sandwiches and make sure they did it right.CLOSE ENOUGH IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH GUYS!! GET THE ORDER RIGHT OR GO DO SOMETHING ELSE FOR A LIVING!!The food is OK but there have been too many incidences where either a whole sandwich is missing from the order and I have to go back, or they didn’t make a sandwich the way I ordered.WE PAY YOU- SO YOU PAY ATTENTION !! IN REAL LIFE YOU GET FIRED FOR NOT DOING THE JOB RIGHT!!I’m done with this place for now.

Good food but sometimes they can have an attitude if they mess up your order and you come back. Some guy tossed my sandwich to me after I came back. If you gonna have a issue about it make it right the first time

I love the food, and the staff is friendly, but they need to tighten up thier operations. I ordered pick up and was told 10 minutes, I arrive promptly 10 minutes later. I was told that they're not done yet, which is fine. However, after waiting around in the store for some time, I hear them ask if anyone started the pick up order. They didn't even start my order that I called in 15 mins ago.I called for pick up to save time, and customers who came in the store after me got thier food first.It's disappointing, and I hope they improve thier service. Unfortunately this is one of many similar instances. I'm only writing this to encourage improvement.
