Food was good but service sucked for a Saturday afternoon place is packed only 1 waiter. Bar tender was our waitress came to the table once had to have bus boys get us our drinks had to grab manager to order dessert but that didn’t go well as no one came to take order. Ended up grabbing the only waiter to get our check to leave won’t be back as service is key
This was our third time eating here in the last year or so and each time, the food has been delicious. The burgers are so filling that I’ve learned to just cut it in half. The sauces for the fries and onion rings are tasty. Last time we split a sundae and wished we had one more person to help us! This time we got a milk shake and it was the perfect amount to also split. The customer service has been awesome each time we’ve come. Lunch is great because there isn’t a wait time. We came for dinner and it was an hour wait because the establishment isn’t very big. Delicious.

We got a window seat. Each of us ordered a dish. The burger are great. We also ordered the large pretzel and sundae. Since the place is not that big, if comes on weekend, maybe need to wait for a bit.
I had the classic burger and it was soo good! I was craving it and was so happy to go here, it was delicious. They have toppings for the fries for anybody to endulge! I had a Margarita to finish the night and it did not dissapoint. If you are looking for burgers, fries and a drink with good atmosphere, this is it!
Delicious burgers! Great toppings. Excellent fries. I saw these monster shakes on the menu, but I was so stuffed from the 1 lb. burger, I couldn't even think of having one. I had the bacon blend burger. YUMMY!!
Went here today with my son for our weekly lunch. Our server Mya was super attentive and nice, she was patient as my son ordered his food on his own and checked on us multiple times. The food was perfectly cooked. Can't wait to come back.
Love food, the staff is amazing, great shakes. The only draw back is no coffee or tea
Had an absolutely amazing time with my gf last night 1/18/22, our server Chelsea was the most friendliest and helping server you could have asked for! She helped me build the best lamb burger I could have possibly build. The bartender Brianna served us the best mixture of drinks you could’ve asked for. And the manager and his brother Peter were some of the coolest dudes you could had a conversation with. SHOUTOUT TO THE WHOLE CREW OVER THERE YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST AND YOUR WORK IS APPRECIATED!
We order from Burgerology about once a month and generally speaking the burgers are great! The order does take a while to get to us, but that's fine, we know so we're prepared. Today we got our order and saw the new boxes which look nice, but we were super disappointed with one part of the meal. We ordered chicken tenders(we've ordered them before) but these were different. They weren't even whole white meat tenders, they were that weird ground chicken stuff you find in a nugget or cafeteria patty. For $10.95 it's a little crazy that they don't have actual chicken breast. Maybe this is a fluke and they ran out and subbed these? I can only hope so, but I won't order them again to find out. Otherwise the food has always been consistently good.
