The food deserves a 4 star review however the management & employees lack serious customer service skills.The past 5 orders we have placed with wings over rochester there was at least one item either missing or we received something we didn’t order.If you call to let them know, the employees are blunt , clueless and get defensive. We had gotten to the point that we called to make sure everything was in our order correctly and the employee(s) responded with “uhm If you ordered it you’ll get it…” In a nasty tone.In an attempt to ensure we received what we ordered & paid for.. We still had missing items in our order.You can count on two hands the amount of times we have ordered, All but one of those orders we received in less than 1 1/2 hours.Our last order has been well over 2 1/2 hours delivery time.The food is great. If you’re going to order from this location, order it for pickup and check the bag before you drive home.
Ordered through DoorDash: Order of Mac and Cheese not received. The order of wings might have been the wrong spiciness based on the paper that they sat in (ordered spicier and paper indicated less spicy. We have not had the wings before so unable to tell if that was actually just a packaging mistake or a mistake in the wings). Burger was overly greasy and there was an absurd amount of mustard. We also received a chicken sandwich that we did not order. As well, instead of carrots and celery we received an order of fries. The chicken sandwiches were overcooked and look like they were fried in very old oil. Will not being from here again.
Extremely over priced, I say that because the chicken was over cooked and you don't get very much, their wings must come from baby chickens. The best thing about the place was the nice lady at the counter.
Long wait, dry overcooked chicken that tasted like it was cooked multiple times. Prices are outrages. Nothing special.

It was way too small and overpriced it was like $45 for 12 wings and it wasn’t even that good and the fries were burned never eating here again it was horrible if I could give it a zero promise you I would.
Solid place. A little on the pricey side, but the waffle fries are great. The tenders are a bit dry and small but the flavors are totally on point.
Wings are over cooked every single time, I constantly call but I'm sick and tired of doing that. I'm sure they are sick and tired of hearing from me as well.I domt know why it's so hard to understand. Wings continue to cook after they come out of the fryer, when you leave them in too long and they continue to cook after THEY GET DRY and bones break. It's really not that hard to understand.STOP cooking them too long.
Needs better service wings are amazing but service and not being open until 4pm is a issue
