I ordered a steak sub and the bread with the Mayonnaise and toppings we're less than desirable. Ordered boneless wings with mild sauce, they were barely cooked and the sauce saturated the breading and made them soft and rubbery. Ordered a cheeseburger plate with hot sauce and onions and one particular spice was overbearing in the hot sauce and it just made the entire plate almost unedible. My bill was just under $40. Wouldn't recommend ever going to this place!
Waited 2 hours for a delivery the fish fry was terrible!! Won’t be ordering again

This place is my go to place when I'm getting off late and when I don't feel like cooking.. That steak and fries combo with a steak wrap be on point, also I haven't had any problems with the customer service very friendly people ????

Open on new years!!!! Was only place open and they were busy. But super fast took maybe 7 minutes to get my order. Great good would definitely go here again.

Terrible garbage plates I repeat TERRIBLE . 2 different types of fries that were cold. Meat sauces is the worst I’ve ever had it taste like spaghetti sauce. Mac salad has no seasoning at all just mayonnaise and noodles. Just terrible I don’t have one good this to say about this at all proceed with caution. If I could give them zero stars I would. Customer service is terrible too.
West Ridge Hots was quite good! I ordered the fish fry sub combo, and it was quite excellent! I really liked the bread. Service was prompt and courteous. The establishment was also clean and orderly!First restaurant that I have been to that kept their ketchup and mustard in the fridge. I actually appreciate that!Also note, that drink refills on fountain beverages are not free. There is a nominal cost for any refill.
