Awesome selections and quality
I ordered Wegmans togo and door dash only delivered part of the order. Called door-dash they were rude, wouldn’t help me and transferred me several times. Called Wegmans and was helped by first person that answered phone. Thank you so much for your customer service Wegmans.
You people are the WORST company to work for. My boyfriend got. Job in the warehouse he was there for 5 months and all of a sudden he goes into work and his badge doesn’t work. HOW CAN YOU DO THAT WITHOUT A PHONE CALLL FIRST!!! You have completely screwed me , him and his daughter. Good job guys. Your family values are complete lies. Don’t work for this company ever!!!!!! They ruin families lives.
Very disappointed in my pizza today. I ordered a margherita pizza online, you know tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil. What I received was a tomato pizza with 3 1/2 poxes of basil.
Tried saving some plants that were severely damaged and asked if they would discount them! I was told that Wegmans does not discount plants they "chuck" them in the dumpster if they are no longer in good shape or people aren't buying them! Way to go Wegmans! I know Costa Farm plants that are able to be discounted at every location they have them! This is purely a Wegmans policy and apauling if you ask me! Sad you rather "chuck" a plant in the dumpster than discount it and let someone SAVE it! Disgusting ?
The prices are very, very expensive. They definitely do not cater to the middle class. Their customer service has gone down as well. At least here in Rochester NY . In a poor city like Rochester NY you'd think their prices would be more affordable the way they were years ago. Sad that 75% of your paycheck would go for groceries at Wegmans.
Love Wegman’s but do not use their delivery service (Instacart). Instacart charges more per item, charges a delivery fee, charges a service fee and automatically adds a tip. Worst of all, my groceries were never delivered. A Wegman’s store manager named Mike kindly assisted with canceling my order and gathered my items in store. Use the curbside service instead. Actual Wegman’s employees gather your items.
I’m from Rochester NY where this chain originated and can tell you this! Great Experience! Helpful staff in all areas great selection and competitive prices! Wish I lived nearby! Here on a camping trip!
Ordered my Thanksgiving meals for 6 people. Everything was so delicious, plan to shop again next Thanksgiving. It was my first time buying whole meals and I recommend Wegman’s for quality food. Thank you
My only Grocery Store locally. I don't ever bother with the others as they are dumps compared to Wegmans. Plus I love Wegmans selection of prepared foods. As a single person it makes it much easier. Plus everything has calories on it now so I can easily keep track of my daily calorie intake.
