Good food, great atmosphere! The music and DJ is awesome! The only thing I don't like is they don't split the check and they can only take 2 payments per check...super frustrating!

Love the location and patio, especially. The dance clubs vibe is great but I wish they would hire a DJ that can better read the crowd. She cleared the floor with poor song choices, when everyone was having a great time!Drinks were good. The bartender Dominique is awesome!!

The food is amazing here and the service is one of a kind. I recommend trying them out when you can. They have a great menu selection and the service staff are the best.

my fiancé decided to go to this resturaunt that we have been talking about going to for a year now. we were finally able to go tonight and disappointed would be an understatement. DISGUSTING. When we first got there the hostess was very friendly and our server was also very friendly & welcoming. It wasn't until we were waiting to leave that this DISGUSTING OWNER decided to open his mouth. We saw him only once during our meal seating new customers down and when he passed us he decided to give us the "side-eye". My fiancé laughed it off and said that was weird. Little did we know he had his own trick up his sleeve of being a DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING. There were two younger ladies coming to sit outside the Owner decided to tell them to not sit where we were because we were trying to HIDE SMOKING A CIGARETTE!!!!!! i'm sorry what?!?!?!? Neither of us smoke cigarettes, and to think he would come out and say this loud enough for us to hear on the opposite side of the large outside patio is not only DISRESPECTFUL but also REPULSIVE. and believe me when i say we were not the only one who heard this, the couple that was sitting a couple seats down from us confirmed he said that. OUR SERVER even said "she would not be surprised if he said that". which not only let's us believe he has done this shadiness before but that the workers are also not very happy with him. When he was confronted about it and he tried to lie and say he did not say that and still not check out our area if we were or not smoking a cogarette. tried to brush it off like he did not say ANY of that bullcrap. oh!! and here is the punchline it was the OLDER WHITE PEOPLE ON THE OTHER SIDE where he sat the new customers to sit near that WERE SMOKING THE CIGARETTES. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. why was it assumed that my fiancé were "trying to hide smoking cigarettes"?????? only left to assume is because my fiancé was not the older white people and older white people who COULD NOT POSSIBLY be the ones to do that. right? right. I NEED EVERYONE TO LEAVE A REVIEW ON THEM the owner is for sure only wanting white people to eat there. no wonder their business is slow and hardly anyone there during any type of rush hour times.

The service was excellent! And the appetizers were very good. I had the Bavarian pretzel which was yummy. Nice chew to it. Only thing I would have changed was the cheese sauce. It seemed to be out of a can. Would have liked to have a homemade beer cheese sauce. They were very accommodating to my granddaughters special request for her entree. Their Caesar salad was delicious and the sliced baguette croutons were amazing. And the French Onion soup was so good. Nice depth of flavor that accentuated the delicious sweetness of the onions. My granddaughter enjoyed the crime brûlée for dessert. She ate like it was her job!

From the time we walked and out everybody was greeting and started conversation. The waitress was excellent and the bartender made our drinks extravagant. Also, kudos to the chef my significant other dislikes pink in his steak and there was pink twice but it was never a issue it was done. Highly recommend

I used to love Trio, and was a regular. I prefer to support locally owned businesses, and gave this place another try in April 2022, but I will not be back anytime soon. The good: servers (when there is adequate staffing) are wonderful, variety of foods, and the specials (happy hour prices) are good deals. I really like the new addition of the huge selection of martini specials with the half off food during happy hour.Sadly, the hallmark of Trio is inconsistency. I share this experience from last year, because I see these issues are ongoing over years of time and wish Trio would address the problems. A year or so ago I went with my adult son who had never been to Trio, and we ordered the special priced boneless wings (smaller portion). My son ordered wings by POINTING at the specials menu -- this is important later on. The service was insanely slow for so few customers. It took maybe 15-20 minutes to get our first drink from the bar, and my son noticed. I pointed out that one person was covering a large area, and explained to him this sometimes happens... but that the food is good plus we were in no hurry. Our very slow experience continued. I had my cocktail and was happy. Food (wings came in a bowl, and the fried eggplant) took a looong time to come out. So long that while it did look like the bowl of wings was more than an appetizer size, after my drink it wasn't on my radar, and I reminded myself that my son had pointed? at the specials menu item to order. The server brought the check and I realized that yes indeed we had received and were charged for the larger sized wings. I told the server more as an FYI that we had ordered the special (smaller plate.) (My intention was: heads-up, you might want to be more attentive in the future.) I was expecting an apology. The server stated "you should have said something when you were brought the food." WOW. Ok. She left. I then looked at the bill and menu to see what we actually received and to notice the difference between the 2 options for wings as well as the cost difference. I was OK with paying for what we received in error, but, I realize we were charged $1 more than the listed menu price. WTH? I may have let this slide, but at this point I was annoyed. I asked about the price difference and was told to wait while the server "checked with the manager." I watched while the lengthy discussion ensued. They fixed the error, but I was told unapologetically "the price had gone up and the menu was wrong." Meanwhile, I'm telling my son-- a potential customer-- that I come here weekly and this really IS a nice and affordable place to eat and maybe bring his girlfriend. (Sorry Trio, by the end I was apologizing to my son for the experience and I wasn't planning to return and neither should he.)My husband wanted to go yesterday, Friday night during happy hour. I had been telling him ? NO. He convinced me to give it a another try. The service was excellent and timely AND the martini menu was amazing. A big draw for me. I was feeling good about this. Husband ordered boneless wings that were so tough I could hardly cut them with a knife. The cheese sticks were ok, but not tasty. My haddock fish fry was excellent, but at $17 I expected a larger platter of food. I ordered Creme Brule that had the consistency of crisco or a stick of butter. This was a dish I had ordered many times here before-- and I was disappointed to hear that the kitchen staff "didn't know" what was wrong with it when I sent it back. They apparently didn't have the capacity to fix the issue, and I was not offered a replacement. At this point, I can say maybe sit at the bar and you will likely get more timely service and great drinks at a good price during happy hour. Otherwise, I can't recommend Trio due to inconsistent hospitality, kitchen staff-- including "a real chef" with 25 years of experience -- who lack basic skills, and crazy slow service.

Great atmosphere, great food and Amazing servers!!!???

The hostess at the door is very welcoming and makes you want to stay all night. I visited on a Friday night. The food was fresh and full of flavor! It was worth every penny. If you want a lively ambiance with quality food, this is your place!

This was a head scratcher. Nice interior, food and service was good and there was hardly anyone on a Friday around 5:00-5:30. It was competitive on prices. I had the haddock french which was really good. So if you don't want to fight the crowd, I highly recommend giving it a chance!?
