THIS IS THE BEST ONE. Unlike all the other Tim's in Rochester, these guys always get your coffee right (asking for certain numbers of cream or expresso or syrups), they always get it right. I just wanted to share my appreciation for them. Happy coffee drinking!

The service is very good at the Tim Hortons on Penfield Road and well-mannered and they will help you and very clean inside and they know what they're doing and I love going to them that's the only one I really go to thank you mr. Bill
Tim Hortons donuts are the best! Much better than DD. However, they don't have jam/fruit filled ones, which is sad. Their coffee is not as good as DD though.
Horrible (negative 5 stars.) No croissants, no sausage, no hot coffee. Then y'all not a breakfast place, your just a business that's failed. NEVER AGAIN!

Usually consistent until newbie puts Boston creme donut upside down in a bag so you lose the chocolate frosting. Or the app doesn't work at the drive thru.
