Don't recommend working at this establishment the only way you fitin is if your dating your coworkers

Despite Tim Hortons being a very left leaning coffee place from Canada, I love them. I know they are very LGBTQ+ friendly, but their coffee tastes perfect for the price. The women who work here have been very kind to me and patient enough to listen to my problems. It's almost therapeutic going here for a coffee. Guys who work here, sure know how to help you on a day when your brain just isn't working right <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

Customer service is huge for me… My son ordered a HOT vanilla cappuccino with no whipped topping..with an extra shot of espresso… She hands us a frozen Frappuccino.. My son has extremely sensitive teeth..never orders a frozen anything.. Nor does he ever want whipped cream.. My ridiculously polite child (22 year old college student/line cook)asks about his drink.. The one he ordered.. The lady at the window says.. “Uh sorry that’s the way it came in”.. I pipe up.. “Oh..but he didn’t order it that way..so…..” I’m assuming she’s going to remake it..offer to remake it?? “Yeah sorry that’s how it was ordered..have a nice day!”.. We sat there for a sec and she closed the drive thru window.. We were “dismissed”… Not the biggest deal In the world.. But it was obvious the girl that was taking the orders was training..and/or overwhelmed.. We work in the industry.. We are patient.. We get it.. The woman at the window was not the person who took the order..but she definitely could have fixed it.. Training comes from the top down..

Came in for a breakfast sandwich since the drive thru had a significant line. I ordered, and waited 40 mins inside for my sandwich. I don't mind being patient, but this was pretty ridiculous. They staff move like snails and aren't managing stations well. There's just complete disarray and lack of fluid management. Some goals and team based training may do this place some good. Never going here again. Doesn't seem like somewhere that is run well so I'm assuming it's not taken care of well, either. Also, a woman came in on 3 different occasions because they kept messing up her sandwich. Just didn't want cheese and 3 times they messed it up. How does one screw up so many times? Incredible.

I understand shorthandedness. I am very patient and forgiving. There were at least six people behind the counter so I'm not too sure how short handed they were, but when a customer waits 25+ minutes, you need to acknowledge it. Apologize and make it right. Forget going above and beyond, they didn't even ACKNOWLEDGE IT. No one knows what they're doing in there. No one manages. Emoyee was complainig about the manager (rightfully so) and then when she left the managers spoke badly about her. Grossly unprofessional, I do not recommend visiting this location.

Seriously...Went through the drive through around 5:15 am placed my order and proceeded to the drive up window to pay for my order only to see the same person taking orders at the drive through window was the same one preparing the food and was wearing the same cloves used to touch the money. They never changed their gloves then when asked about the gloves there response was, wad up... Needless to say I never completed the transaction and drove away...

Can never get orders correctly. My coffee was definitely not coffee made me sick

Fast service....food and coffee was fresh and warm.

The people here are always friendly and the service is fast.
