My friend wanted one thing for his Birthday.. frozen hot chocolate. I got him a Supreme oreo iced capp and they wrote Happy Birthday on the cup for me and added a Birthday wish from the team. Super cute surprise, they were so sweet ??

Every time I come to this Tim Hortons location they never have anything, even simple things like bagels or muffins. Almost every time I feel like they have less and less things available. This location either needs to just be closed or reevaluated.

First time I went to this Tim Hortons. The staff seemed friendly enough but I wanted 2 frozen STAWBERRY lemonades. The staff member went and made me 2 regular frozen lemonades. I told her they were supposed to be strawberry and she said they didn't have any of the puree (mind you this is back on their menu and it was only 10am). I'm sure she heard me ask for strawberry and just didn't say anything until after she made them and at that point I had paid and she had already made them so I just accepted it. Just was annoyed she didn't say anything about it before because I probably would have ordered something different.

Great food great staff. Got my farmers breakfast wrap and hazelnut coffee within 5 minutes!!

Worst Tim Hortons I've ever experienced. Customer service is atrocious, nothing but attitude and sass. These people couldn't have made it more clear how much they hate their job and don't care about the business. WORST RUN BUSINESS IN ROCHESTER

This is my regular spot for a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee. Customer service is great here and I really love the coffee!

Love it at this location. Very helpful staff.

I went to the Tim Hortons on Ridge Way and it was very nice and clean ! Also the staff was great they took my order it was fast ! The employees were all very pleasant !

I went inside and ordered an XL vanilla coffee (plain and half decaf) and an XL hot tea, Earl Grey, with skim milk and 2 Splenda. What I received was an XL vanilla coffee and an XL Earl Grey tea with COFFEE in it. So, it is debatable at this point as to whether the vanilla coffee is half decaf. In what world... what universe really, would anyone order a half tea/half coffee combination? You can't tell me that this is a regular thing that people order at Tim Hortons... whoever was making this should have questioned what they were doing with some simple common sense. The reason I order tea is because I can't stand the taste of coffee (I know it's hard to believe, but people who hate coffee do exist!). If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This is the worst run business I have ever experienced. I don't even know why I bother anymore, or how corporate hasn't shut this location down. Can't get a single order correct if their lives depended on it, and they're all rude and miserable. Someone needs to report this place to the Better Business Beaureu.
