Food is good (can’t go wrong with Timbits and I’m obsessed with their avocado toast), but service is consistently underwhelming on the weekends. Drive thru takes forever and they regularly forget part of your order if you’re ordering multiple things. Lately they have the front doors locked…so if you discover you’re missing something from your drive thru order, you have to get back in the long drive thru line or go without.Definitely not the place to stop if you’re in a rush. Check your drive thru order every time before pulling away from the window.
The iced Capps and Timbits tasted good but we tried to go inside and the doors were locked? The drive thru took a wicked long time. When we finally got up to the window the employee quickly took the payment and said give us a minute and shut the window again. I like Tim Hortons but wouldn't rush back to this location.
Morning time workers are phenomenal, but if you go there after 11: 00am it's just horrible, they don't get your order right they'll charge you for expresso shots and not even put it into your coffee, also they never have anything that you want they are always out of everything and I don't understand why because they make it in the back room they just don't make nothing after 10:00 whatever's out on the shelf is whatever's out on the shelf until 6:00 at night when they close.
Didnt have dark roast coffee. Then got a caramel cold brew. .. IT COMES WITH COLD FOAM.... no timbits so ordered a donut... like joe pesci.. they f....k in the drivethru... no donut...
Dont go in the morning unless Kenny is there. Coffee is their thing yet somehow always manage to mess it up. Then act like I'm not supposed to know what the coffee I get everyday is supposed to taste and look like.
Kenny is my morning sunshine! He is part of the 5 am crew at this location. His chipper attitude first thing in the morning makes my day. Plus their coffee is great!!!
Got a mocha ice coffee with expresso. The gentleman on the speaker was very polite and the coffee was awesome. Great

I came there this morning to wait at the speaker for at least 5 minutes. No one else was in line or waiting so they weren't busy. I proceed to the window where two employees are sitting on there cellphones. This is very unprofessional and a manager should definitely address this.
