The atmosphere was very well out together, had a country industrial look mixed in with a city bar feel! Drinks were very good, and the food was cooked perfectly!

I cannot think of words of praise high enough for the quality of food in this restaurant! My husband and I and my daughter-in-law and I go to a lot of fine restaurants, and this unassuming but chic little Gastro-pub is above most of them. We originally came tonight because it was dollar oyster night, and we worked our way through a ton of those, but then we had the Crab Galette, endive/pear/Gorgonzola/ walnut salad, tenderloin tips Bulgoki, Mexican street corn, and the most delicious dessert I have ever had, strawberry cheesecake bread pudding. Kudos to the chefs and our wonderful server Jenny. We hope to come back again soon. (Quite a reasonable bill, too, for two people plus drinks and dessert. $63 each before tip.)

Wings were awesome. Salmon was too salty and it was okay not some place I would personally come back to. I wanted to sit at the bar and the young lady didn't want to help me with getting a seat at the bar she claimed it was all full, but I asked if the men were sitting at the chairs and they told me I could sit down that they were standing. The lady clearly didn't care about trying to help me. The bartender was helpful though. He did explain the menu and what he personally liked

Nice atmosphere, great staff, and attractive menu with good options.

We got lucky tonight! We came with no reservation (I suggest you make one, this place is amazing and packed! We'll worth making one) The hostess was so accommodating and fit us in where they had a cancellation! Perfect timing! The service was spot on, above and beyond. The hostess who seated us also served us and she was magical! Her drink suggestions were delicious and her service was fast and attentive, she always appeared at the perfect times! The food was delicious! With the open kitchen you get to see the kitchen staff having a wonderful time while creating your meal and it really shows in the meals that came out.We ordered 3 apps, the fries, grilled cheese bites and the jar of pickles. All were amazing. Those pickles... Dang! Our meals were also delicious, the fettuccini was fresh and creamy, the braised short rib was just fall off the bone amazing and the mashed potatoes they were paired with *chefs kiss*Thank you for accommodating us and being so friendly and kind!

Loved it. Another quality restaurant for a date night; trendy but not pretentious, differentiated but not overtly so lest it lose your interest on a second (or third) visit. I splurged and went for the "Trust Fund".... An homage to the gen Z foodie crew who will no doubt get a kick out of spending a half day's salary on an over-the-top appetizer! (was I supposed to share?) See photo. Also had the namesake martini, shaken of course. My guest's and my meals were fun and tasty. Give it a try!

Our waitress, Charlotte, was terrific! She handled a situation where our food got delivered to a different table so well that it made the entire meal worth it. The food was good, I was not fond of the pesto, tasted like grass to me, but the short rib was delicious! The cocktails were excellent, the house martini was perfect. Definitely will be back, but I am hoping the food comes out in a timely fashion.

One of my favorite dress up fancy food places. Their food is beyond exceptional. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and professional. All their cocktails are superb and well made.I go there for every birthday now and recommend it often.

Great date night spot with top notch cocktails and excellent food. The mussels and Waldorf salad stood out as some of my favorites. In my opinion, everything is reasonably priced too.

Consider calling the restaurant to follow up on any reservations made online. We booked a table online for Christmas Eve six days in advance. Received a confirmation email soon after. On Christmas Eve, we arrived to a completely dark restaurant. Called that evening to see if the voicemail greeting would explain their closure. Never received a response. Nothing noted on the website or social media about special holiday hours. Emailed the restaurant to make them aware of our situation the next day, no response either. We had heard great things about Vesper and had really looked forward to dining there. Disappointed in the lack of service and follow up. Wanted others to have the heads up in case you’re looking forward to it too- don’t trust the online reservation system.
