Eaten here several times and never disappointed. Do Italian classics with the best. Like their sauce. Friendly staff and customers.
Asked the server to recommend something for me… I was not disappointed. He asked if I wanted something heavy or light. I went with light. The Chicken French was so good. Hubby had the chicken Tiffany. The sauce for the Tiffany was insane. I could have had just that with bread. Did I tell you the the bread with fresh and piping hot served with herb butter? I will definitely come back next time I am in town.

Haven't been here in a few years, I guess because the tables are so close together and one can hear others' conversations, but the service and food is pretty amazing. My choice of orange roughy in a lemon butter sherry wine sauce over escarole and angel hair pasta was heavenly. I couldn't finish it, and had two more substantial lunches from it. So good. My guy enjoyed his beans and greens with gnocchi and sausage crumbles. It was a winner, too, Oh, and less ice in the rock glass cocktails would be better.
Always good a good meal, large portions, excellent service can't beat it!
Great food and even better treatment. Went there due to proximity to local hospital where a family member was having major surgery. Family had been going there all week as it was right next to the hotel and close to Rochester General. Our family members had been treated very sweetly by the owner and staff all week and made sure we had a table on their busiest night when needed. Two BIG thumbs up on this spot that is off the beaten path but a very authentic spot with an even bigger heart.
Add always.. the food was delicious with generous portions. My sons steak wasn't cooked as ordered but he ate it anyway because it was delicious. The owner found out and took the steak off the check! It wasn't necessary but they really go above and beyond to please over there! For the first time I didn't care for our server tho...She snapped at my mom who is 78 and can't here anyway.... but i will go Again and again. This remains one of my favorite places to eat and drink!
Great little place, loved the food. Service was good except for the bussers wanting to take our plates when we still had food on them and we were eating. This happened multiple times, with appetizers, dinner and dessert, don't look away, your plate may disappear! We even said "hey we're not done with that" as she grabbed the plate. That's why only 4 stars.
