Food over cooked some not done please bring your own Lysol wipes. Waiter very knowledgeable but food was not to perfection ??♀️
I got a chicken sandwich and everyone else got burgers. The burgers were decent, not great. My chicken was inedible. The bottom was too hard to bite through. So gross. It looked like plastic. The service was definitely subpar too but there was hardly anyone working so that was somewhat understandable. The whole thing was a waste.
I paid $80 for my food ordered on Uber eats and was missing a whole sandwhich. And only received $5 back. $26 for the salmon the size of a chicken tender. The ribs was actually good but I paid for extra sauce on the side and that wasn’t in the bag either. All in all very disappointed in this restaurant. They need to do better!
I went for lunch on a slow Sunday afternoon it took an hour to receive my meal. There was staff sitting at a table to the left of the entrance yelling to other workers on the other side of the restaurant to bring her stuff, employee showing up off on their days off helping themselves to the kitchen getting served before customers. When we finally received our meals they were extremely salty and over cooked. Will never try this chain again. The staff is unprofessional and the place is not cleaned. Most of them sit and ignored us or walked by and didn’t acknowledge. They handed out coupons at the end, only because they know most people won’t he coming back after the terrible food and experience.
Had to wait more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Food was ok. Menu has changed. LESS OPTIONS, NO MORE GRILLED SHRIMP ON SKEWERS... was told I could not remove fried shrimp from my meal for different shrimp....
Literally took 15 minutes to get seated, workers were walking past us. After getting seated took 10 minutes to get our drinks, 20 minutes after Finally took our order didn’t get that for another 35-40 minutes later, asked for no cheese on my burger but they put it on it and forgot the avocado on it. My sister got a steak Asked for rare but it came out well done, found two hairs in our food. Got brownies but it took 25 minutes till we got them. they were raw, my sister got the Oreo ice cream thing and they forgot the strawberrys and sprinkles, I know it’s not a big deal but one thing after the other is annoying, we were there for 2 and a half hours. Was not impressed not going back
I'll never set foot in this restaurant again ever. The sign right on the window says you open at 11am. No sign stating otherwise. Take out door is open and I get told rudely that they are closed at 11:38am. Pandemic or not, other restaurants can get it together. Manage your restaurant!!!!!
More than half the tables were COVERED in trash and plates, nobody cleaned them up. We waited for 10 minutes just to get noticed in a dead restaurant. We ordered our meal and drinks and waited 20 minutes, still no drinks to be seen, no one on the floor working.It would have been understandble if they were busy. THERE WAS ONLY 4 TABLES WITH PEOPLE IN THEM

Very tender & VERY delicious, with the most popular spicier (JD) Whiskey bbq sauce or the sweeter Apple Butter bbq sauce. Full racks with choice of sides. It's perfect for bringing home 1/2 the rack for a 2nd meal, or for bigger eaters, enjoying it all in 1 shot. Our waitress today was superb! Right there when we needed her to be & knew what we wanted before we even had to ask.
