Went to eat with my husband an son , we had a great waitress named Jessica . Very nice person very funny and got everything we needed. Very good food there. . Thank you for such a great dinner experience. We will be back ?
If I could give them no stars that would be better...the potato skins were deep fried and tasted like a ball of grease...they used to bake them don't know whose great idea to change that...then I had them take it back for a refund and got pretzels...those were deep fried also...I could squeeze the grease out of them. So disappointed will never eat their again. Totally disgusting
I see a lot of negative reviews about this place, my boyfriend and I came here for a last minute date night because we had a gift card. We truly had no complaints, there was only maybe three tables seated including us and we enjoyed our food. Our waitress was extremely nice. Overall good experience.
Ten years ago this was a decent place to go. Now it is a place to avoid. Friends were staying in the hotel next door, they wished to go here. Ordered just the usual burgers, chicken fingers etc, almost all of which was nearly inedible. Buns were stale and old, most of the meat was Cosco cafe quality. Really kind of sad to see how far down this place has slipped.
Service from management is extremely poor. Tiffany, a waitress, is the diamond in that rough. I'm telling you if it wasn't for Tiffany who has shown exemplary service, I would rate this place a 1 star. Laura was rude and very inconsiderate to my uniqueness. In fact she appears to be prejudice and is in denial about it because she's the type that has "black friends", please excuse me if I misspoken. Never will I spend my hard earned money there which is disappointing because the food is generally good ?
Recently went on a Friday night for dinner. Had not been in awhile so we thought we’d give it a try. Very disappointed. The prices on the menu have gone up considerably, but not the quality of the food. My sister and mother ordered the steak which was tough and had a bad taste. My sister sent hers back. Broccoli was almost raw and had black spots on it. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back. Definitely not the quality of food that we used to have at this restaurant.
The waitress we had was amazing. Her name is Tiffany. And the greater was great as well. The food and everything else was a great experience. I will be back again with the whole family.
We went mid-afternoon, for lunch. Only one waitress, but didn't mind the wait. Covid has really decimated the restaurant business. Food was OK, no complaints, nothing to rave about. Ended up here for convenience.
We hadn't eaten here in years but our previous dinner plans fell apart and we needed somewhere to eat without a wait. We played it safe and order steak. The meat quality was awful and had a preservative chemical taste. Although the restaurant was dead the service was still slow, though our waitress was very nice. The first booth we sat in was filthy and one bench was broken in the middle so we asked to move. The next location was just a s filthy. At that point we should have turned and ran but we were hungry. Unfortunately we were all hungry after eating there.
I gave a one star review and didn't provide any details. I was then asked to provide details by [email protected] Fridays so here they are.....Waited 8 minutes to be greated by the waitress and another 8 minutes to get our sodas. Restaurant was not busy and I definitely know why now. Appetizer was pretty much thrown on the table by another staff member. We had no plates or silverware and waitress was nowhere to be found. We asked for plates and silverware. Hostess brought us a stack of plates, 8 of them, after several minutes. We were a party of three. She said there was no silverware. I just laughed because it was funny to me that she didn't see any problem with saying that to us, as we were paying $15 for a cheeseburger. Table next to us complained. Manager addressed them, said nothing to us although he clearly recognized our displeasure. Food came out cold, delivered by a person who stunk of cigarette smoke. No ketchup, had to wait for that too of course. Waitress finally appeared....with the check. Couldn't wait to get out of there and won't be going back.
