The food is so fresh and the portions generous. Ordering through their app for pick-up was easy and quick. Great customer service with convenient locations. Highly recommend!
It’s out favorite location to go to. They have mastered Boba and the sushi burrito and it has the specialty eel poke bowl. Love this place!
Amazing. Healthy filling rice bowl. So many veggies, rice, crunchies, sauces in the box. Not expensive. New favorite spot for takeout or to bring to a concert. Nice box and brown paper bag. Clean cut.
Food always tastes good, however whenever we order extra sides of sauce it always gets forgotten. Last time we ordered a rice box almost half of the content were cucumbers with little crab meat.
good food and fun qay to eat, only concern is when you have new guests that may not have experienced a restaurant style like this is to give a bit more direction. we had fun though
They have a limit for the two orders PER TABLE ? for “Korean BBQ- ALL YOU CAN EAT”.. FOUR of us waited about an hour to have the first order served. Kimchi and marination of meat were very mild. The staff was friendly. Hope they make some changes with feedback. $140 (with 20% off) + Service Charge and we were still hungry after lunch ?
Had a reservation for 6pm and still waited in line for almost a half hour when there was about 3 tables open the entire time we waited lol we got seated at a table that wasn’t being used the entire time we were waiting so I don’t get why we had to wait. After being seated no server came to us for 10 minutes, one server acknowledged that nobody was taking us and said he’d make sure someone would be right over but then 20 minutes passed by with no server so we just left. So reservations meaning nothing here and the customer service was terrible. I was really looking forward to their Korean bbq and left annoyed and hungry.
First of all food and drinks taste great. This was our second time going the same week and not the best experience. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the food to be ready, the place was packed, which was not a problem and did not bothered is. What did bother us was that when our order was wrong, one of the items, we asked the person who took our order, Ho M, if they could make it right his answer was: I donMt think so!! I don’t think so?! What kind of service is that?! My husband and I spent almost $50!! Fortunately my rice bowl was not the only thing we ordered so I was able to eat something, otherwise I would have paid to not eat. I am really hoping that someone gets back to me and offer at least some sort of voucher. I am allergic to eggs and it was what my order had, which it was nowhere selected on mu ordering slip, so I needed them to fix it not just wanted them too!! Needless to say I do not plan on going to this location anytime soon.
My friends and I love it here - it's perfect for meeting up or just chilling alone. I love the Zang Zang specials, and the rice bowls. I love coming here, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to chill, study, or just grab a snack :)
