I don't prefer fast food, but some times , you just have to have it.A taco bell is a taco bell. Clean, friendly staff and good food. Love the self ordering kiosks. All the options!You know what you're getting, and it always hits the spot.
I love tacobell, but this taco bell literally ALWAYS forgets at least one thing. Some times a taco, sometimes a straw, sometimes a fork for my fiesta potatoes, they pretty much always forget the sauce. Give your business to other locations if you want everything you paid for.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Placed a mobile order. Instead of calling and letting us know they were out of things so we could change our order, they decided to just not give us the things and say nothing. We were charged for the stuff we did not get. When I called the store I just got brushed off like it was no big deal and to call the customer service. Not even an apology. DO NOT GO HERE.
I’ve been coming to this location once a week for the last four years or so and this was always my go-to location because both the service and the food was always excellent. For what it’s worth, there are a few locations that are convenient to our house, but this one was always my choice. I don’t know what happened, but in the last month or so it has gone completely downhill. My order has been wrong every single visit and that’s not an exaggeration! Multiple items are left out of the bag or I simply receive someone else’s order entirely. The staff seems irritated when I point out the mistake and reluctantly fixes it. Sometimes it take multiple attempts after the initial mistake to get the order correct so I have to keep asking for what I ordered which is awkward and frustrating. I am always made to feel like somehow I have done something wrong by asking for the correct items I ordered. This was never ever the case in the past when team members were always exceedingly friendly and took pride in their service. I don’t know what changed, but I know I must not be the only customer who is ready to stop visiting this location because the drive-thru used to have very long lines at lunch time and now there is hardly ever any wait. So disappointing.
Do not order through the app at this location. They do not wait for you to check in the order and make it as soon as it's received, regardless of when you actually arrive....leaving everything stone cold when you get it. They also don't really care what sauce you requested, they just grab whatever. Asked for mild sauce got one mild and a handful of hot lol. Stupid. Otherwise service is friendly, order is usually correct when received.
i didn’t have a good experience here, and i’m not going to go into details and slander myfav restaurant, but it was not good. however, the cashier, paige, handled the issues professionally and kindly. i was offered a free side for my inconvenience and even after declining, she surprised me with a bag offree items because she felt so bad. i truly appreciated her and her patience!
Placed an online order at 12:15am when the store is open until 1am according to Google, the app, and signs on the building. Showed up at 12:30am, pulled up to the speaker and no one answered after 4 minutes of sitting there, so I said hello twice - no answer. I proceed to pull up to the window to see if maybe something was going on or my car did not register to their headsets and I see workers sweeping the floor. One employee saw me at the window and ignored me completely.I am a manager at a competing fast food resturant and I am a VERY understanding person when it comes to just about anything pertaining to the job. Even if they closed early for any reason, the very least they could do is inform the customer through the headset that they are closed early or even at the window when they clearly ignored me at the speaker. They could have gave any reason and I wouldn't even be upset or angry, but instead I was completely ignored which is just absolutely ridiculous. I really hate leaving bad reviews but the employee who saw me and chose to ignore me just rubbed me the wrong way. Luckily I was able to cancel my order.
Every time I go they forget something in my order. Even the smallest thing like 1 Cinnabon in a 12 pack which wouldn’t be that big a deal if they got every other order before right. Seems like it’s a game between the employees to see if they can leave out at least one item per order. I don’t know if I did something to offend this Taco Bell for them to consistently mess up my order or if that’s just how it’s going to be from now on. Any time I’ve contacted a manager about this it goes no where. No one cares. Either this location needs to close or they need to re train all their employees or just fire them all.
If I could give zero stars I would firstly they don't tell you till your AT the window ALREADY ordered your food that they aren't taking anything except a credit card or EXACT change PUT A SIGN UP. Thank god I ended up having my card on me not even the worst of it. Order beefy melt burrito that I ALWAYS get, get home bite into it, since when do you put lettuce an tomatoes on that ? I'm allergic to tomatoes THANK GOD I just bit into the top and tasted lettuce opened it up and it's full of lettuce and tomatoes. For as much as you people get paid you should probably learn your menu items and what's in them before you end up with a huge problem. Wasted money and I'm still hungry and have to buy something else.
App is Very Hard to Navigate.Faster to order at Drive Thru . I'll be nice and give 4 Stars.Try to look at other fast food apps and dumb it down a little.
