I made a mobile order and ended up in the drive through for 20 minutes. I was at the window for almost 5 minutes. I got my order drove away only to realize later that I was missing an item. Not only that but my bag was soaking with grease and leaked all over my car. I didn't have time to go back but I made a complaint through the app. I still have not heard back. Worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had.

Good tacos, but no REAL sour cream. Who the heck wants tacos without sour cream ? Nobody. They only have, low-fat sour cream. It tastes like garbage. So, I had to stop by Wegmans for sour cream, while my food got cold. Great !!! Not.

Idk where to start, this place has gone down hill fast. We ordered this place from a year ago everything was perfect. The manager didn’t seem like he wanted to help and instead let all of his employees just mess around my fiancé ordered a burrito asked for no sour cream for about 90% of the burrito and near the end of the burrito they thought they were slick and put a lot of sour cream in there. The employees in there now are lazy should be fired. Won’t be going back there again.

Nice, new, recently remodeled restaurant. Good service. Only gripe is they put in a double drive thru with the remodel and I have never seen it open, so it makes the line of cars stretch way back.

If you order for pick up in drive through they will make your order and let it sit instead of waiting for you to pull up and give your name. The app claims they wait until you arrive but since my food was disgustingly cold that isn’t true at this location. Also ordered 16 sauce packets with my order and didn’t receive a single one. So didn’t even get sauce to make my nasty cold food taste better. Never have this issue at brockport or elmridge.

Idc how many times they missed my diablo sauces, still the best taco bell in the area.

Friendly service, good food, drive thru is always long but usually goes pretty fast. Prices have gone up quite a bit, but where hasn't it?

There always something wrong here. First time my steak Quesadilla wasnt even cut. I had to have them recut bc they were to lazyLast time when I went in the same Quesadilla wasnt really cut. Takes about 10 minutes for someone to take anorder so I use the screen. Food great. Just slow one service.

They won't make it right. They won't answer phones. I waited almost 30 minutes to then drive home and find no lettuce on ANY of my tacos. I could drive back and have them remake it if I want to waste as much in gas as the tacos cost.Double check your order thoroughly at the window, or be prepared to be disappointed.
