I wish I could rate higher, but the employees are disinterested and lazy. No one reads the tickets, orders are always wrong, and forget doing anything through UBER EATS - this location ignores the orders entirely; drivers get so fed up that they just cancel the order and leave. No one likes waiting in the drive through, and delivery drivers hate dealing with slow and unmotivated franchise employees. It’s honestly a shock that this location is still open.
I Door Dash from this store over 10 times I only had one bad experience and called up to the store after spending $77 dollars. The Manager was supposed to take down my name in the book and he told me to come to the store when ever I got the chance to. I went to the store and my name was not in the book and they did not help me out after proving to them that I made the order by providing the receipt, time date and how much I spent. Taco Bell just lost a customer because they was very unprofessional and did not help me!!
Took some time to get my order, was very busy for the time of service it good over all otherwise
Waited over 30 minutes. Never got my food. Ended up cancelling my mobile order, will never come back to this location.
Stuck in line for the second time unable to get food after waiting for 25 min to be told I wasn't waiting that long rudely by the girl on the mic. She stated "I ain't bout to argue with you and I can't do nothing for you cause we short staffed. Wasted time , gas and was treated rude and disrespectful to just try to get some food. The aggressive nature she had from the beginning was horrible. I won't come back.
Can’t believe this place is called a restaurant they can’t even handle orders 20 people working yet the line is to the main road not sure what kind of management but this place is awful food is always cold
I waited in the drive through line for an hour. No exaggeration. I would have left, but the app wouldn't let me cancel my order. When I got to the window, I got no greeting, no apology for the wait, and they forgot my sauce and straws. There were five people inside, and the woman at the window was on her phone. The worst.
Order breakfast for delivery, they put the correct receipt on the bag but only gave me 3 beefy 5 layer burritos on an almost $40 order. And these workers demand more pay. They gave me less then $10 worth of food yet I spent 4x the amount. Do not go to this taco bell if you don't want to deal with incompetent workers and management. I would give 0 stars if possible. This isn't the first time I've had issues with my orders.
I placed an online order at this location 2 hours prior to picking it up. I went to the drive thru to pick it up and the employee could not find the order. She tried to verify with me the order, location and pick up time and could not find it. I told the employee if she couldn't find it, I'll just put my order in now while in the drive thru. I was told I couldn't do that and instead to go around the drive thru and place the online order. I asked why I couldn't just place an order as if I was another customer in line and again was told no or to come inside and speak to the manager. I parked my car and went I side the store to speak to the manager. The employee attempted to get the manager, I could hear them ask their employee "what do they want?", And the employee told their Manager there was a mix up on the mobile app. The managers reply to the employee was "tell them to go stand in line at another Taco Bell.". The employee came back and said that the Manager said to call 1-800 Taco Bell. I said no thanks and walked out. The customer service at this location was disgusting and there was never any attempt to apologize for what happened on the mobile app and just let me place an order... I was willing to pay knowing I had already been charged when I placed my order online earlier. Never coming back to this location again.
I tried to place an order . The person refused to take my order. I kept trying to tell her my order and she acted like she didn't understand. So I raised my voice than she said I was being rude. I was speaking up loud because she said she couldn't hear me. So she swore at me and said she's not going to take my order.
