Staff was very friendly, but the positives end there. The vegetables were very wilted and the lettuce was just starting to get slimy around the edges. Also, the ingredients were not contained separately. There was bacon sitting on top of the cheese, which is not great for vegetarians or people who don't eat pork. The vegetables were all mixed up, and I ended up with jalapeños in my lettuce, which was an unpleasant surprise when I was eating my sub. The rolls also seemed slightly stale. I will not be returning to this Subway location.
Not exactly top notch, but doable. I wanted mozzarella cheese and there offer was between the kind you spreed and sliced. I wanted sliced mozzarella. I used the coupon and notice they charged me extra for the sliced mozzarella cheese. .90¢ more. I guess they figure what's 90¢ more and say nothing. The one thing I dislike is when they take advantage of you and not say a thing. Could imagine how many times a day they do this and rip off 100's of people for extra that they don't even mention.
I had a great experience at the subway on Chili Avenue in Rochester New York the employees were very helpful very knowledgeable and they help me by explaining how to activate my new rewards card the store was very clean
It was ok. They only give you a little meat on your sub though.
The price is quite high when compared to the quality of the ingredients. However, this seems to be the standard for Subway in the USA. Staff was nice.
I'm tired of ordering online and this store cancels the order. If you can't do the job your suppose to do then just shut the store down.
Even though the store was getting ready to close, they still made sure my kids were able to get subs. The fact that they recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look up at you. It's healthier that fast food restaurants and because the staff here is so nice it makes it 10 times easier to convince my kids to choose a healthy option.
My boyfriend and I have gotten sick from this store TWICE. The first time was about ten months ago and we both got sick. We stayed away until yesterday when he went back. He's been sick since last night.We'll never go back.
My Panda loves the ride to Rochester to go to the Bank. It's 30 minutes, but never the less, it's worth if. They are extremely friendly at this location and never a long wait.
