Fastest service ever. Open super late. In and out in less than 10 mins, even with a line. Delicious plates , delicious pizza logs. It is absolutely worth every dollar.
Tonight 6/18/22 i had The worst garbage plate ive ever had i order extra meat sauce get no meat sauce at all and was more grease than food after trying this plate after eating this im ashamed to say im from the birthplace of the garbage plate this play was a -5 out of 5 stars
We moved to Florida 2017 and we always said when we get off airplane that we'd get a plate. The food was fantastic and the staff was so cool. We had a blast talking with the staff. Like I said the food was excellent. Great job Steve T.hots& potatoes.
cash only, while this isn't the biggest issue it is still a pain. my biggest complaint is with the mac salad, VERY watery, had a giant puddle of water under everything that made the plate almost not edible. this was an issue a very long time ago too and I stopped coming in. I did give them a second chance after a few years and the mac salad did improve at one point! it's gone back to what it was though and it make me sad. I was told you order the mac salad in a pre made bag from a food vendor, I suggest finding a new vendor or making it in house instead
What's not to love? As a Rochester native this is a staple! Two plates, 36 bucks, I will say it's gone up but we were able to get food after the bar and nothing is more satisfying after a night out then getting a garbage plate at 1 in the morning. Make sure you get the meat sauce! Happy eating !
I had the cheese burger garbage plate was horrible. Meat sauce was watery and flavorless. Frozen ground beef patties, and flavorless Mac salad.
Always my go to place for a late night snack after an evening at work. Unfortunately the hours were reduced and its no longer 24/7 and the prices were increased last few years, but it’s understandable.. what prices haven’t gone up?! And with covid its hard to get by these days. I always get the red hot plate with a cheeseburger and a drink. Make sure to bring cash only!

I wouldn't come back here even if they paid me for the food.My plate was really nasty and extremely greasy and salty. In general the food seems to be overpriced for what you get.Paties were precooked( who knows when), and pulled from a pan filled with some kind of mystery liquid.Ladies behind the counter were border line disrespectful and without manners.Ensure to carry cash. I am not sure how a restaurant can go buy without accepting credit cards in the 21st century but this place apparently doesn't.My whole experience was subpar and disappointing.
