What kind of bagel is this!? So tiny for $3! The photo on the app is different from what we got by a lot !
Have never had an issue here with the staff or drinks (except maybe the price, but it’s a Starbucks haha). Do expect to wait at least 10 minutes though because this place is almost always packed. They’re well staffed however, it’s just the influx of people going inside or sitting in the drive up is usually ridiculous. More often than not, the drive thru will be out to W Ridge Road, and there’ll usually be around 15 people inside, so there’s almost no escaping the wait.
the manager is clearly against smoking. But it doesn't mean she has to make it her job to walk outside and demand people stop smoking in the parking lot. Smokers have it rough, we already can't smoke indoors anymore, the tax is more than the cigarettes themselves...so if we are outside smoking ciggs, please take the stick out your but and keep your self righteous opinions to yourself.
Their constant changing hours and closures (that aren't updated on their websites) have made them unreliable
An employee punched someone for not wearing their mask. What the hell kind of people do you employ here? Their job is to serve coffee, not be mask police and yell at customers and literally punch them!
This Starbucks location is UNMATCHED‼️‼️‼️ Baristas, employees and managers alike are so engaging, polite and friendly ~ with a Chick-fil-A type customer service attitude ❤❤❤ I have traveled the continental United States and Europe ~ they are by far the BEST
8:52pm two people in the store but no one taking orders. Yet they don't close till 11pm ridiculous. Missed out on four cars
Had a great experience during the holidays with an employee named Chloe. She was so sweet and dealt with holiday madness well. The whole staff there are great honestly.
Would like it better if they called out your name.. I sat there 10 mins and the coffee was not really hot when I drank it.
