Walk in. Ordered and paid for 2 medium pikes place. Got small. Waited 15 mins for basic coffee. Got another part of the order wrong also. This place sucks for walk ins. BTW only 2 in drive in. Online orders are ruining real in person service.
Always friendly and competent. Often busy in both drive-thru and inside but they are efficient.
Went a 5 pm and had a 15 minute wait in the drive thru. The employees were very nice and apologized for the delay. My beverage, as usual, was excellent.
Always a consistent experience. Baristas are always very cheerful even in early morning. Keep it up!
This is probably the worst Starbucks I've been to. My routine Starbucks is closed for remodeling and this is the closest on my route. I've been going for about two weeks now. Each morning I get there around 615AM and at least five of the visits in the past two weeks I have had to sit at the speaker and wait for about 2 minutes before anyone welcomes me or speaks to me. With no one in line in front of me, and no cars in the parking lot I'm left to wonder what could possibly be happening? I've also had to say "Is anyone working today" before I got anyone to speak with me. Twice they've been out of Iced Coffee, which is a pretty staple drink at a Starbucks, which seems odd. Probably prep the day prior if items are out? I've also order a pretty simple drink, which is a black iced coffee with no sweetener. 4 times I have received sweetener in the short amount of time that I have been going to this location. If this store is visited any other time, or on the weekend, the line is out to the road due to extremely slow service. Will be going to Jefferson location for future service because this is just unbearable for a place that receives my business on a daily basis.
Ordered something very simple which was a Hot Chocolate..and I asked for whipped cream. The taste was terrible. It wasn't warm and tasted like it hadn't been stirred and was very watery. This was my 1st experience and last with Starbucks.
Excellent and friendly staff!Inside isn't open right now, and the drive-thru can be long, but the wait is worth it.
Have only been to the drive-thru, but in my experience this is a very nice Starbucks with incredibly friendly and quick service.
I had an AMAZING Venti Salted Mocha Cold Foam Cold Brew, with a triple blend of the foam and extra foam .... Let me tell you.... It was AMAZING!!! My daughter usually only gets salted caramel, for the past few years, but we tasted mine and we were floored.... She definitely wants a mocha flavored cfcb now. Lol Thanks Ladies at Starbucks!!!
Finding this on my cups makes me smile! Ive got a rough day ahead of me, found that this particular store was down the street from where i needed to be. Going to deink my peppermint mocha, i find a little ‘note’ of sorts on the lid. That made me smile. Then i saw the one on my lemonade too. Keep it up guys!!! Definitely made my day better already!!! ??????
