Great location! The staff here is friendly, accommodating, skilled and precise when making your order. The interior is spacious and with a great atmosphere - perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done while enjoying your refreshments.Online ordering is the way to go-you have the entire menu to choose from and can easily customize your drinks. Plus, it's ready in a flash and you can pick up in store or via drive thru. The coffee itself is amazing and their selection of syrups, preparation options, additions/substitutions, ect is unmatched. I like dunkin and Timmy hos but Starbucks simply has far more options and a bit better crafting style. The food is also good with things from pastries and desserts to sandwiches.I love their refrehers line of drinks. The pink drink is particularly noteworthy and has me craving it often. This is the place to go if you're in need of a quick caffeine boost, yummy hydration or a snack if you're in the Monroe Ave vincinity.

I LOVE Starbucks so for me to give a bad review it takes A LOT!! I went here today for a coffee pulled in during the 3pm hour. Cars were in the parking lot and it looked opened. But to my surprise it was CLOSED with a sign ONLY on the door in TINY lettering that said “sorry we’re temporarily closed.” How does that help people on the road know who are planning on turning into your location? It doesn’t!! And your website shows your still open. This location causes so many problems. In the past few weeks I’ve stopped in and they have either gotten my order wrong or they take forever. Now being in the customer service industry typically I understand but the incident today where they were CLOSED but looked open is was not a positive experience!!!

Too loud and noisy. The workers should pay attention to their movements and stop slapping doors and equipment. Also, they should stop talking loudly to each other.I went to this location once with the intention of working on my laptop. I could not concentrate due to the loud noise coming from the normal operation of the shop but more annoying are the noises from slapping equipments, especially metal, doors, talking loudly. I stayed for a few minutes, 10 minutes max, and I left.

Finally unionized! Absolutely no reason to keep workers going through everything we dealt with the last couple years with no return. Glad I can support this Starbucks making 900%+ profit on its coffee drinks now that some of the money is going to the employees as well.

The workers here are wonderful people, the interior of this STARBUCKS is beautiful and stylish, but it feels hazardous trying to visit this location. The layout of the parking among such a crowded area, the small, awkward turning space for drive-through, the already chaotic traffic of Pittsford, and then there's supposed to be more places/shops (Whole Foods??) building built around it that will make this area even more cramped? Even trying to pull in to the drive-through, it feels so congested and people start yelling at each other, you have to reverse out into on-coming cars to make your car fit for the narrow drive-through spot... I love STARBUCKS, I love how inclusive it is and fun to visit, however, this particular building's layout regarding the awful traffic of Pittsford on Monroe Ave makes the trip here more stressful than enjoyable.

Quick service, very clean doggos loved their puppachino

Went during afternoon rush hour. The drive through was very long, so went into the shop to order instead. Only 2 people ahead of me. Very friendly staff and good vibe.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheddar sandwich through Ubereats, received my order with an empty wrapper folded up and no sandwich. At least my drink showed up I guess.

Can't manage to keep their online ordering or mobile app functioning. So annoying

Always perfect drinks try the caramel macchiato blonde
