I didn't want to give my favorite store a negative review, but recently I couldn't stand it anymore. This store has been weird since the renovation. It always closes in the afternoon and only takes drive through, but both the Starbucks app and Google Maps show that you can buy in store. It took me 20 minutes to walk here in the heat, but all the doors were closed. There were only clerks in the store. Hey, that's ridiculous! Since you don't need customers who can enter the store, can you not renovate the store?
Great location + fast service. Food couldn’t be better. Go Starbucks!!!
After a few months of closure, the interior renovation made this place look very nice!As of Now, the cafe is open until 8pm. After that this store is open only for drive-thru!!!
Ordered a Venti Salted Mocha Almond Cold Foam cold brew, it was the Bomb with extra foan and double blended!!! They get it right just Righhht!!! ❤️❤️
Hi it’s your friendly neighborhood nurse here! Unlike many of my coworkers, I’m not someone who regularly gets coffee every day but when I do want to splurge a little, my drink of choice is a grande Starbucks cold foam. This Starbucks in particular is conveniently the closest location to my home and school, and so it’s the one I go to the most in Rochester. Overall, the barista’s are friendly and I’ve never had a problem with my order. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is the wait time in the drive thru or in-person; I sometimes find myself waiting 10+ minutes to get my order. To be fair, I’ve noticed wait times are slower here in general compared to other cities in the country. I’ve also been to other Starbucks in Rochester and this one on Mount Hope is better than the others. Anyway, if you need your caffeine fix, it’s easy to recommend this place, just be prepared to wait. Also Starbucks if you are listening, if you can sell a cup of just the cold foam and nothing else, that’d be great!
This Starbucks always sells me coffee with too much ice this is a venti shaken expresso and I literally paid $6 for a cup of ice thank you I hate the Starbucks it's the worst one around
I love Starbucks top quality I've always have a excellent experience every time I visit. Lemon loaf so good it melts in your mouth pumpkin cheesecake muffin warm up is so delicious ? medicine ball very powerful herbs especially good for when not feeling well...Majority of their cappuccinos are on point but my favorite which is seasonal is the strawberry funnel cake delicious!!!
I had an uber eats delivered to me the bag was secure however the lid on one of the coffees was not, leading the rest of our order to be damaged. Imagine if I were picking up my coffee in store, what if I had gotten burned? That's dangerous. Do better.
The staff here is the best they've had in ages! They really made me feel welcome and cared about.
I used uber eats to get 2 drinks some chips and a bagel. One of the drinks lid wasnt secure and it was spilt all over the bag. It was double bagged and the drink split through BOTH BAGS. The only thing that survived the spillage was the chips??
