I wish I could give it zero stars! This location is SO GHETTO!!!!!!!! I asked for extra sauce and CRYSTAL slammed the door in my fac before I could even finish my sentence, she has a very nasty, miserable attitude, was not welcoming at all. Sounds like she needs some training in customer service! The food is either over cooked or undercooked, they told me they don’t have orange juice when I just ordered orange juice a few days before that. This location needs either all new staff who WANT TO WORK, or just be shut down. Absolute trash customer service. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Normally I’ve had good experiences and food from this location. Today was not one of those experiences. From the time I pulled in the drive thru line to the time I got my order I spent 30 minutes in line, including about a 10 minute or so gap where no one was taking any orders at either drive thru speaker. I was told by Curtis to please wait, then no one came back to the speaker and the car next to me sat there as well and wasn’t placing an order. When I finally was able to place my order and get to the pickup window, and after I paid while waiting to get to the pickup window I was informed by Curtis that they had no milk and would I like something else instead? I politely said no thinking they would refund me for the milk which they never did ($1.59) The chicken slinger sandwich I ordered was very lackluster in quality and in toppings. I could tell they were short staffed as I could only see 2 different people working while waiting at the pickup window, however there may have been more that were not in sight. The only reason I give this a 2 star rating was the pretzels, onion rings and banana shake I ordered were good. I understand there’s a labor shortage everywhere and were still dealing with Covid 19, but to sit in a drive thru idling for 30 minutes with gas closing in on $5 a gallon is unacceptable, especially when there are many other options that are more efficient and better quality food. This experience will definitely make me think twice about coming back to sonic in the future.

Not a very good experience. My first time and last time.Went to the dining room found that was closed for remodeling. Went over to the drive-through area or they would bring your order out to you park your car in a bay, waited till we decided what we wanted pushed the red button that it says to do to place an order, she told us we had to go to the drive-thru. Burger and tater tots are very greasy (only ate two bites of the burger and half of the tater tots) and the yellow cake batter milkshake was the most grossest thing I've ever had. I went back to the drive-thru and they were courteous enough to exchange it for a different one. I feel like they were running short staffed, like most places are these days. I felt sorry for the employees. And to think all these years I thought Iwas missing something ?‍♀️ I was not missing anything.

Dismal. I used to love Sonic, and when this place was open a few years back I was very happy. I know every Sonic in Kentucky where I grew up was amazing, so this one should be too....... But this location's lackluster employees and their lackluster service have really brought down it's quality. The food looks horrible, as if slapped together by someone paying attention to something else. Now, I give 3 stars based upon their ice cream... It was delicious. I only ordered the hot fudge sundae from drive thru, and it was perfect. The drive thru is excruciatingly time consuming. It would be faster to dine-in probably, not sure though, if that's even available. All the cues outside have been disabled, so gone are the days of doing that and ordering with someone bringing your food out to your vehicle. Please Sonic of Henrietta, see this and fix it. I'm sure there are plenty of customers willing to return if you can improve to the level of your counterpart Sonics in the south and Midwest, they are truly amazing.

Filled my drink only 3/4 of the way. I’m very disappointed. Do better. Please. It’s not that hard to fill my cup all the way. It’s lazy and pathetic. Also the cheese dog is smooshed.

Great customer service and my order is always right. Best time to go is typically lunch hours. Later in the day is pretty busy. So expect a longer wait time.

Placed an order through the app, couldn’t do curbside as it was closed and couldn’t go inside to get the food. It took 35 minutes to get through the drive thru, at which point it was 35 minutes past the time I had ordered my food to be ready at. We received cold food, my slushee was no longer very icee. Food was subpar, not worth the $23 spent and waste of over half an hour. Onion rings in particular were not good, I did enjoy the popcorn chicken and pretzel at least. The slushee would have been nice if it was actually frozen still. This was our first time trying sonic, didn’t exactly have high hopes but certainly hoped for better for the price. Either way, we won’t be returning.

The drive thru took 20 minutes. My large drink had a tiny bit of ice. We all know Sonic ice is part of the draw. The person working the window never said hi or thank you. The chicken slider roll was burned. The corn dog and onion rings smelled and tasted of old grease. Waste of time and money. Tossed it in the trash

It took me literally over 35 minutes of waiting in the drive thru to get a drink and a pretzel. I would have cancelled the orde 10 minutes in, but I had already paid for it through the app and the restaurant didn't pick up when I tried to call. Several cars abandoned their spots in line while I waited. I called the number listed in other negative reviews here to make a complaint, and the person said they would give me a coupon for "my next visit" even after I said I didn't ever want to come back. By the time my drink came, all the ice was melted and the drink was watered down like they made it when I originally ordered it and it had been sitting there while I was waiting in line. I came here over 6 months ago and it also took an extremely long time. I don't know if they are severely understaffed, but I could have gotten food from a sit-down restaurant in less time than it took to get two dollars worth of food. I tried to chalk the last time up to a fluke, but two times in a row is not a coincidence.

Service is usually fast, but staff is always less than friendly. Food (considering fast food) is generally sub par and slapped together like no one cares what they are doing. If nothing else is available I guess it will work, but with 5 guys, BK and DQ just up the road (literally 2min away) I dont know why they are still in business.
