The best bagels around!!! Every type I've had I've really enjoyed. The multi-grain is my favorite. The homemade cream cheese is awesome with a large choice of flavors. The customer service is also great! Everyone there is wonderful and eager to make sure your order is perfect! It's a nice place to meet up with friends and enjoy a bagel and some coffee! The menu has something for everyone.
Soho is scrumptious! They are hard working! And I'm going to miss them when we move.A few months ago I went in right at 530 AM as the one guy in the store opened the place. Then I ordered 10 breakfast sandwiches for an important meeting.Not only were the sandwiches yummy, he made them with a smile on his face, and ensured the ones with egg whites were made first.Thank you Soho for being amazing!
Love love love this family owned business!! I went through the drive through because my mom was in the hospital and I needed something in a hurry that would fill my belly and taste good! Soho did not disappoint! I had the Roma panini!!! It was beyond amazing!! Such flavor, like my mama made it herself!! I also had their vanilla latte!!! They put Starbucks to shame!! I might add that I have had their bagels, they are out of this world! Also the lady at the drive through very pleasant and friendly! I did call to tell them I loved the sandwich, not sure if the owner answered but he said he was the one that made the sandwich!!! Bravo!! There should be 10 stars by this place!!! I will be back and I'm telling everyone I know!!
Not a bad cafe. Nice menu choices and good service. The bagel sandwich was good if not average, as was the presentation. Like many things in Rochester, the decor could use an update but overall, a decent spot to enjoy coffee or a sandwich.
I almost always the the low carb everything bagel when I home to Soho. It is by far tastiest bagel I’ve eaten. The texture and flavor are amazing. Wash it down with a Jamaican me crazy coffee and what more Could you ask for. They staff is always kind and if they are running behind they will always let you know up front. I hope they stay for years to come.
I love Soho Cafe! They have the best bagels and the staff is simply the best. They always act like I'm their favorite customer and go the extra mile. I love supporting a locally owned, small business. If you haven't tried them you need to!!!
Soho Bagel is by far the best bagel place in Rochester. They have excellent flavors and the bagels are so fresh. The cream cheese flavors, made fresh in-store by Mike the owner, are delish!! This week’s flavor Easter Bunny is outstanding. White chocolate, almond crunch and a hint of orange rind-put it on a toasted multigrain bagel and I promise you won’t be disappointed. We serve the bagels at our church cafe and sell out every weekend.They’re simply the best!!
Awesome Customer Service! Delicious bagels and Cinnamon rolls with cherry topping and glaze was delicious as well. I will come back! Definitely a Gem!
Horrible experience. This is not my 1st time there but will definitely be my last. Service there is a hot mess! Nobody seems to know what they are doing. How you advertise a new drink and not one person knows how to make it? So I let it go and got something else. I ask to have milk put in it and the employee hands me the entire gallon of milk to do it myself. If I wanted to make my own drink I would've stayed at home. Everytime I come in there it's always someone who don't know how to do something or the customer service is a horrible.
First time going here. The staff is very friendly. Their food was good. I had the lox and cream cheese, my wife had Wall Street. It was massive. Both highly recommend. The prices were good. Recommend highly.
