The burgers were very good a surprise, much better than I thought. The real surprise was the Brussels sprouts, they were amazing and a nice fries alternative. Staff was helpful and restaurant was clean. A good option in an area with lots of options.
Clean restaurant, great food, and clean bathrooms. The food is a bit pricey, but not more than one would pay for similar food at a sit-in diner (and the food comes out much quicker).

First time here. Food tasted good..got the double mushroom swiss burger and a drink. I was surprised how small the burger was compared to other places. It was good but not worth the $15 it cost for what I got.
Lunch acceptable, but pricey for this sort of burger bar. Closest BB competitor gives better portions and price point is similar to full sitdown with waitstaff.
Wish I could give 0. The person who took my order spoiled my Friday night. She was really rude and she got irritated because I had a few customizations to make and that was because I have a few dietary restrictions. She was in a hurry to move to my next order and when I was told her I have customizations to make, she was like “You have to be patient”. I was impatient? Seriously? They need to respect customers. Loved the food but the customer service was disappointing. She’s didn’t give me a receipt because her name would be present on it. All other staffs were polite and respectful. I would have given 5 stars but 1 star for the service. Will never visit again.
It was a very good burger but the tots were greasy and not very flavorful. The location itself could have used a good scrubbing... Oh, and the men's room was out of order... Will probably give it another chance at some point but who knows when there are a lot of other choices within eye shot...
Waiter came up to me and my friend, mask fully down, and asked which of us was going to tip her. When I said I was uncomfortable with her mask being down and asked her to put it up while she was at our table, she refused. Will not be coming here again.
their online ordering is a mess. took my order, texted me confirmation, charged my credit card, and then cancelled the order without communicating that to me or driver (they sent an email though??!). driver calls and tells me the store isnt even open!! store says i have to call grubhub for refund, but i ordered through smashburger website and charge is from smashburger. the people at store didnt believe that. so now i have to call bank to fight the charge. and who doesnt want to do that?i then ordered for pickup. onions rings were a soggy oily mess. burgers were small and thicker than i would have expected for "smash burger". onions and tomatoes were sliced very thick. bun was stale on one side and soggy on other side from tomatoes (i hope).this is my only experience with smashburger.
