The bartender was very cool. The Guinness was just right. The Shepherds Pie was in my top 3 fighting for the first place spot. The Reuben sandwich my wife had... amazing!!! Definitely an amazing spot worth the stop! If we find ourselves back in the area, we will most definitely be back!
Went at 130 pm on Friday. My husband ordered ribeye, 35. I ordered fish fry, 16. Added salad 6. Now asked Trish is tartar sweet or dill. She said dill, um no, sweet, gross. Wouldn't order had I known. Husband ordered mash with gravy on side, never got. Asked for it and never, ever in my life had anything so salty and gross. I have ordered gravy 1000x at diners and never had anything this gross and like a salt lick. Ugh. When we arrived we were starving Asked for bread. Trish said we don't do bread service... I gave worked in f and b my whe life and owned my own restaurant for years. So I said can I buy garlic bread. She said n9 we don't do that . Let me tell you in today's economy, I will sell you my shoes if you really want them....however, not great food, fries are not as advertised, soooo salty. Just cannot go back 100 gor 2 people with a salad and a 32 dollar bottle wine. But dead time of day, not great service and food sub par.
Wow totally amazing it’s are new place to goto! They even have a “Romantic” section that’s off by itself in a room surrounded by books!! French onion soup, garlic shrimp, Top of the morning burger & Fried pickles
Attended a small party there. Amazing staff and delicious food. Very friendly and inviting. Fun, clean environment. Would highly recommend!!
Have not been since before covid. Good service and prices not bad either . Kind of limited food items but not bad. Had a rueben sandwich that looked really good but it had very little meat on it and more sauerkrat and cheese than anything. I have had other dishes here which are good but now I know this is a bad choice.
Excellent salmon dish for me. My date's blackened salmon salad was just perfect. Service was first rate. Recommend it highly.

We love Shamrock Jacks so much we made it a part of our wedding day. The family that owns this wonderful place are the nicest people you will meet. Could not say enough about the awesome staff and food and one of the most important things is everyone there knows how to pour a Guinness.
Visited yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to have a 20 min wait quoted. Stood at the bar and noticed the atmosphere around the bar was just great! But then, we were seated. We were taken around to the very back of the restaurant to what seemed like grandmas living room. We were young adults, who wants to sit back there? Food was okay but while the server was friendly, she was also flaky. I don't think we will be back on the chance that I could be sitting in grandmas living room on a Saturday night. Would definitely visit during the week for lunch, or if there is outdoor seating during the summer. But we will for sure see.
Good food, I only stayed there to pick up food but they have a good rocking st Patrick's bash.
