We stopped for dinner and we were very pleased. The service was great, the food was great, and the pice was reasonable. We were seated quickly. The drink order was taken as we were seated and quickly served to us. The food order was taken when drinks were served The food was made to order so it had a reasonable wait time. The waiter was there for every need most of the time before we actually needed him. Drinks were replenished as needed. Did not have to wait for.check or for boxes for leftovers. Paying was quick and easy. Left and arrived with a friendly greeting. Definitely a place I will be visiting again.

We have been there twice. The staff is incredibly polite. The food has been great every time. It took no time for our food to be served. The prices are really good. Highly recommend this place.

First time eating here. Food was good until we noticed little bugs crawling on the table. We weren't sure if they came from the window as we were sitting in a booth by the window or if they came out the kitchen as we didn't see them until our food arrived. We all ordered steam boils. Server was very attentive.

The food was wonderful. Crab was perfectly cooked. All 4 of us had a wonderful meal. What I liked the most was they had options that did not include sausage and hard boiled eggs! Price was reasonable, too

Alright, so my family and I went here on Sunday b/c we wanted some SEAFOOD. We read the reviews (which were all good) and decided to go for it. There were not customers in the restaurant, so we were bit hesitant and concerned that something was wrong. Needless to say, we went it order what we wanted (Lobster Roll, Combo E, Fried Haddock and hush puppies.) Can I just say it was made to order (Hot n Ready) and it was so plentiful. Their Cajun Fries are the bomb.com. The seasonings was DELICIOUS??? and on point. The Lobster roll comes on a buttery sweet roll.....SO GOOD.I was like.....OH YEAH.....THIS IS THE SPOT????. We enjoyed all of it, and we will BE BACK (hopefully to dine in.) They have not had a lot of business since the pandemic so go and PATRONIZE them. The place is really clean and the staff was really nice and attentive. You will be glad you did, and you will not be disappointed. Thank you SEAFOOD HARBOR!!!

As we were searching an everywhere else seemed packed we noticed a lot of people happened to be skipping over this place. We were a lil skeptical never eating here before but it honestly blew us away! Amazing food an the spices were exquisite. Only thing stopping from 5 star rating is the jumbo shrimp cocktail, the shrimp were pretty dry. Other than that don’t skip over this nice little restaurant!! We will be back again for sure.

Not gonna lie, we have joked about the lack of traffic at the Seafood Harbor for years. Welp, jokes on us… this place is great. Finally stopped in and gave them a chance and they absolutely killed it! Service was top notch, food was absolutely fantastic, the whole experience was more than I could have expected. we will be back. Never mind Red Lobster. Forget Joe’s Crab Shack (RIP). This is my new, go-to, seafood home.

Went for my daughter's 22nd birthday. It was well worth it. Everyone was very happy with their food. We had lobster, snow crab, shrimp, calamari, ect.I would highly recommend

I stopped by Seafood Harbor yesterday for lunch at around 1:30pm. Their menu looked pretty good online and as an added bonus I saw that they carried Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier.I was seated immediately and my waitress was very kind. I ordered my beer and perused the menu while she gave me some time. Unfortunately when my beer arrived it was the Weihenstephaner Kellerbier, which is a different variety and style than the Hefe Weissbier. I asked if it could be replaced but my waitress informed me that was the only Weihenstephaner beer they carried. I politely let her know that they are advertising the wrong kind on their menu, any that's the only point I will take off. I ordered a Pepsi instead and was glad to see I was not charged for the beer.I ordered the Lobster Roll and normal fries. Per their menu you can order the lobster roll cold with mayo or hot with melted butter, and I opted for the latter. The sandwich was delicious! The roll was perfectly toasted and the lobster itself was hot and flavorful. The french fries were also very good, as they were plenty hot and crispy.I paid $30 for everything, tip included. While this may seem high to some considering the amount of food I got, I was very satisfied personally. The roll had plenty of lobster stuffed into it to justify the price. On a whole I had a very good first experience here, and I would recommend it to anyone in Rochester craving a good lobster roll!

I was pleasantly surprised. For Rochester NY not expecting fresh but food was good and service was excellent!! I will be back and recommend to everyone just because of the service!
