If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered take out over the phone last week, it was a disaster. The woman I spoke to said that I didn’t they don’t do bottomless side salads. Then I picked up the order and made the mistake of it not checking it at the restaurant before leaving. Unfortunately, the seasoning, salad dressing were missing and the burger was wrong. I called and spoke to the female manager. She requested I drive back 30 minutes to get a new burger, which I declined. So she offered a refund for one of the meals. By the time she hung up she processed the refund. Unfortunately I never received it.
It felt like they didn't have enough staff. The food we ordered was alright. I ordered the black and blue burger with an impossible patty. The blue cheese was way too strong and I couldn't taste anything else. I also ordered garlic fries which were just their steak fries with minced garlic from a jar thrown on top. We also ordered a burger, medium, which was delivered very well done. I don't think I'll be going there again. I can get better value elsewhere.
Bartender was absolutely horrid. She was rude and inattentive. Has her back to us the entire time and was on her phone. She was also use to the other employees. The overall service completely sucked. 0/10 DO NOT recommend. Will not be coming back. Only positive the. Food we had was correct and tasted okay. But the service sucked

One star, and that's just because our waitress was good. Other than that, 2 of the 3 burgers we ordered were overcooked, burnt on the edges, when we asked for medium well. The freckled lemonade tasted watered down. The fries were extremely greasy. And the host was extremely obnoxious, talking and singing very loud(at times using vulgar language). I noticed how dirty the floor of the kitchen was when I walked towards the bathroom and I had to let someone know that i almost fell on a very wet bathroom floor. I was also charged an "entertainment fee" of $2.50 which I googled about after i left and read that it had to do with the games on the electronic device they use to pay the bill on. We never touched it until it was time to pay......Never again
Wish I could give 0 stars. They advertise about Bottomless Fries but they aren’t truly unlimited. When you order a burger, (that comes with the bottomless fries) it takes about 15-25 minutes to bring it to the table and they don’t serve fries making you wait for 15-25 minutes. And, they don’t ask you if you need more fries but when you ask them it takes about 15-20 minutes and by that time you’re already done with your meal. This has now happened twice now. I will never visit nor will I recommend.
The purple (prickly pear) lemonade is very good, if a bit sweet for me. The onion rings and fried pickles are always winners.The Red's Signature Margarita was underwhelming and the Caesar side salad a bit soggy.The employees were lovely and did their job well.As to facilities, the decor was lovely, but the bathroom was a bit shoddily maintained.
Loved their burgers!! Giving 3 stars because the person who took the order wasn’t attentive. They were in a hurry and I had an important substitution which was ignored. I wanted a Veggie patty instead of Beef patty. They were so much in a hurry or not attentive and they got me a burger with Beef patty. Took nearly 20-30 minutes to get my burger and the replacement took another 10-15 minutes. Disappointed with the experience even though the food was good.
Found not one but two hairs in our food . One in our app and another time in our drink . Service has went WAY DOWN. My husband burger was so dry and burnt . The place wasn’t very clean ( we noticed as we walked out) unfortunate bc this place used to be good .
So we went here a few weeks ago for a Curbside Pickup. Let me just tell you, they got my husband entire order SO WRONG. I got the Impossible Burger, and unlike my husband they got that right. The garlic fries however, was not so good (they were hard and cold.) I of course called RR to relay my dissatisfaction. The manager apologized, and sent me an E-gift card for $20. I would have preferred to be compensated for my entire order, but the card was a nice gesture. Despite this HUGE disappointment, I will give them another try( as I said, my IMPOSSIBLE BURGER was really GOOD.)
