I haven't been here in a while so was disappointed that the quality and quantity of their food has gone down but their prices have gone up.
The food wasn't the greatest, the Mac n cheese tasted like it was fresh out of a kraft box. The flounder I ordered didn't come out with the rest of the food, and after about ten minutes they told me it still had to thaw... The shrimp was decent at least, but overall disappointing experience
Thought we were going to be disappointed seeing the service at the host station but boy were we wrong! Catherine C. Made this one of, if not THE, best birthday dinner ever. Totally on top of everything in spite of being super busy, great personality, never waited for a thing. She knocked it out of the park and should be rewarded generously for the great work she does!
Despite repeated requests, I couldn't get anything to drink with my meal. The waiter never brought water and never brought the diet coke I ordered. After my food was delivered, I asked again about the diet coke and was told it would be right there. I decided to wait for it rather than eat without a beverage. After ten minutes, there was still no diet coke (and still no water) and my food was getting cold, so I got up, left, and went to Burger King, which is a very different sort of dining experience but at least they give you your drink up front.
The food is perfect today. I'm having the endless shrimp and it's delicious. This is the best coconut shrimp I've ever had. Plus the waitresses are very friendly and attentive.
Delicious food! Definitely a favorite of our family. Family friendly environment. Our kids (and when I was a kid) love to look at the Lobsters in the tank! Great take out, which is what my family has been doing (since the pandemic). Hopefully we can get to more of a "Normal" again! Especially with 3 kids:) Don't eat here if you have a Seafood allergy. Unfortunately, when my family goes out; my sister in law cannot come and join us for dinner, bc her allergies are SO severe. Also, be aware that there are times where you call and want to order out, and it won't let you via website. And when you call the Restaurant itself; they say they're not accepting take out orders. So make sure you call ahead or check it out and make sure before you plan on ordering out etc. Definitely recommend this location (Henrietta). I've never been to the Winton Road location. 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for food and location. I wish they would open a location in Victor, Canandaigua, or Geneva etc. etc.
Doris was an awesome server and she was super friendly and on top of things. Clean booth and decent food, nice birthday surprise for Pa. Thank you!
5 STARS! They gave us extra biscuits even though we didn't ask for them! The lady who works at the car side to go was super nice! Such a delicious birthday feast for me!!! Can't wait to order from this location again online (bc of Covid and we have a new baby). Haven't eaten here in years and they didn't disappoint:) Order anything with Lobster! It was SOOOO delicious!!! The pasta is definitely a favorite in my household. Great service and even better food. THANK YOU RED LOBSTER :-D !!!!!!
Prices went up and it cost too much money and it’s lobster fest. Aren’t you supposed to get good deals? We usually go 3/6 times during Lobster Fest. I don’t know when we’ll be going back.
Okay so I would definitely give this zero stars if possible. My children and I went around 1:30 Saturday afternoon. It was not busy at all and were told a 20 minute wait. No worries that’s great. Got seated within 5 minutes. Once seated it took a bit to place our drink order but again no worries. Drinks come and there are things floating around so sent that back and requested plastic cups. 1/2 hour into being seated we have not received any biscuits, however received the appetizer that is a finger food with no napkins or silverware. Tried to request numerous times however no one was available. Last straw was either a beard or dog hair floating in my son’s soup. Yep I talked to mgr and just said we wanted the check and no longer wanted the entrees we ordered. We all lost our appetite at this point. Not only did they not compensate the bill I left a pretty nice tip for the server. What a low grade seafood restaurant I’m completely grossed out and will never go to that restaurant again
