Our waiter Brian, was very courteous, and attentive to our needs. We hadn't been there in a while, because a few previous visits were not enjoyable, and left a bad taste in our mouths. This visit. It seems like the restaurant has stepped up on their game. The service was great. The food looked appetizing, and tasted every bit, as good as it looked. Great visit.

Our server was fabulous & friendly. The food was excellent! We started with a lobster pizza & seafood-stuffed mushrooms! DEE-licious start. And the cheddar bay biscuits were as good as I remembered. I had shrimp scampi for my meal - wonderful. A super meal altogether!

We celebrated my best friend's birthday. Our waiter was great. The meal was delicious and reasonably priced. We both chose the 3 course meal. I took food home and had dinner the next day. Our waiter brought my friend a small ice cream sundae to go to help celebrate her birthday. I would recommend this restaurant and our waiter to everyone.

Tonight's experience was less than pleasing. I went to have a nice dinner with my 2 daughters. Our waiter kept disappearing, we wanted more salad dressing and no where to be seen. Then another waitress brought our food probably because it had been up for awhile. The scampi was cold again waiter was missing actually asked another waitress to ask him to come to our table. Now they weren't busy. Maybe 2 to 3 tables each server and maybe 13 tables in total. I have been a waitress so I'm usually over understanding but tonight was past my tolerance.

I had a great experience with my wife and daughter due to the amazing service of our server Ryan. The night started a bit weird though as i was initially seated in a very congested area, when the entire rest of the restaurant was near empty. I understand there is a seating chart in a restaurant, I have worked in one for 16 years, but with COVID still in our lives and not knowing who is protected and not, its nice to have a little space. The meal for three usually runs me around $150 plus a $40 tip, so a bit of privacy and the ability to catch up with my daughter about the school day, for me is the best part of the evening. Once sat in an area that we weremore comfortable in, we were greeted very promptly by Ryan. He was on point in every way. Refills came before drinks ran out , food was handled after a special request , and he was very accommodating without being intrusive. He knew his way around the restaurant and is obviously great at his job. Thanks for a nice night bud.

Delicious food! Definitely a favorite of our family. Family friendly environment. Our kids (and when I was a kid) love to look at the Lobsters in the tank! Great take out, which is what my family has been doing (since the pandemic). Hopefully we can get to more of a "Normal" again! Especially with 3 kids:) Don't eat here if you have a Seafood allergy. Unfortunately, when my family goes out; my sister in law cannot come and join us for dinner, bc her allergies are SO severe. Also, be aware that there are times where you call and want to order out, and it won't let you via website. And when you call the Restaurant itself; they say they're not accepting take out orders. So make sure you call ahead or check it out and make sure before you plan on ordering out etc. Definitely recommend this location (Henrietta). I've never been to the Winton Road location. 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for food and location. I wish they would open a location in Victor, Canandaigua, or Geneva etc. etc.

My mother and I have been regular customers at your Greece location for YEARS and we were very upset to learn that your corporate policy is now to FORCE customers to pay at the table tablet computers.These tablets may be convenient for some customers but I’ve had several bad experiences with the machines freezing up during payment resulting in funds being held against accounts while the double charge is processed and therefore I prefer NOT to use them- when I requested to be able to pay my server the manager RACHEL interrogated me as to why the machines make me uncomfortable and pressured me to use them due to your corporate policy. This ruined an otherwise lovely (and very expensive) lunch.While I understand the convenience of such tablets another payment option should ALWAYS be available and any changes to your payment system should be stated BEFORE the order is placed. Also a “self checkout” is more appropriate for a fast food chain NOT a RESTAURANT with 25-40$ plates. Every customer should have access to a paper copy of a receipt for their purchase and no customer should be FORCED to give an email or any other personal information to receive a receipt of purchase in a physical restaurant.After years of enjoying your restaurant I’m very sorry to say that we will NOT be coming back due to this new policy. I’ll also be sending an email to your corporate address to reiterate everything I’ve said here. No one should spend the money we spent today to leave a restaurant frustrated and upset. Very disappointed

A little bit of a wait, with staff shortages. But also we were a party of 7. The hostess and the waitress were fantastic. The food came out fast and hot. Highly recommend joining their Rewards program on their APP.

My experience at Red Lobster has not been disappointing. Food delicious, server professional and attentive.It was Valentine's day and we walked right in and got seated, no waiting. Was very pleased.

The food is okay. There is a terrible old smell in the building that isn't pleasant. We won't be back.
