I went to this Popeyes at around 1pm on a Thursday to get some mashed potatoes and they didn’t have any. They told me they were out of mashed potatoes! I ended up getting biscuits and they were pretty good. It was a bit expensive as it was $6 for 6 biscuits. It’s just crazy that they didn’t have a popular side available!
Ordered on 7/14 was told they were pretty much out of everything. Then the food I did order I never got my sides that were ordered. Then the wait was way way to long almost 30 minutes at the drive through. At least the chicken did taste good.
Kinda expensive for a 3 piece tenders meal. Almost $13. KFC is $9 and you get some really tasty fries. I think if you like really spicy you might want to try it.
I have purchased food from Popeyes a few times within the last couple months. I noticed that the portions for the small sides are pitiful. I purchased from there just this evening and was taken aback by the meager lump of Mac and mostly cheese. The sm red beans & rice was mostly rice. Very disappointing!! This 3 piece meal costed me $18.00 NEVER AGAIN!!

This one is far beyond more better than the Lake Ave location. Young respectful staff. I ordered online. Although the food wasn't set and ready when I arrived, the minute I told them my name, they prepared my order promptly. I was there all of 5 minutes.
Order was wrong. Ordered spicy, got regular, ordered mashed potatoes, got mac n cheese. When folks are paying over 30 dollars for food, there's an expectation that they get what they ordered.
Service was slow. We had to wait for our food. The wait was long enough that they gave us some extra chicken. We had a clear view of the kitchen where we sat and it was interesting watching the orchestration of cooking, serving and interacting.
This Location usually never runs out of food, nor any other Location. But i was there the other night ago, & they ran out of Food. Popeyes in Henrietta is way better, i'll come to this Location as long as they don't run out of stuff that they have shown on their Menu! Popeyes will always be my favorite!
People always ask for your receipt. I bought 2 fried shrimp tackle box with drinks sprite and strawberry Fanta with 6 small powder doughnuts everything came up to $21.65. Didn't receive a receipt sprite tasted like carbonated water ? ?, only gave me 3 doughnuts. Lady on window was unpleasant. Will never go to this spot.
