We pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for a few minutes and no one said anything. We soon discovered why...it was because she was outside in the parking lot talking to someone which didn't seem to be a customer. We went inside...ordered and while waiting for our food she came back inside put a little hand sanitizer on her hands and started handling food....
We ordered the 36 pc nuggets meal and a large cajuan fry. Our chicken nuggets were cold. I asked for sauce after it said sauce on my receipt.... and the clerk threw the sauce on the counter. The place was trashed and dirty. I will NEVER go to that establishment again! We went in and ordered and then ate outside. Digusting place!
The food was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. We got the chicken tenders which were undercooked and seriously a health violation. Go ANYWHERE else in Henrietta and get chicken because its not worth the risk of getting sick.

Came here to pock up and orderfor delivery. A message came on stating that the business was closed so I go into my app to cancel the order when an employee comes on to adk how she could help. Smh
I like the chicken there. The cashiers can be so unprofessional there sometimes but most times i get the good ones. You gotta check your bag before leaving though because sometimes they either miss something or give you something that you never ordered.
