Facility is horrible. Out of this out of that, no sauces on a little handwritten sign. Excat amount payments on a little handwritten sign. Lots of employees standing around. 7pm and no Mac and cheese, about 7 mins . 10 mins . . . Now 15+ mins as I held this review open come on really run out of a signature dish? Obviously not baked on site. No sweet tea. Bathroom poorly cared for, clothes sticking out of the garbage not a good experience here. ONE SHIFT OF CLEAN UP THE LOT FROM TRASH would go a LONG way a REAL LONG WAY. Corporate would have a FIT. I think they are still in pandemic mode. "Sorry, no receipt but here's your change we think it's right". All served with 100% attitude. Last time HERE until I forget what a hole it is. Rarely leave a review. Signed Karen.
First off - this parking lot has the biggest crater I have ever seen. Your whole car will fall in it. I tried to order 6 different things and they weren’t available. Between the nuggets tenders max and cheese drinks they had nothing. I don’t even know how I got out of the parking lot. When I handed the drive through attendant my card she didn’t even look at me and tried to hand me my bag and card all at the same time and almost dropped it. I know it’s a busy time but I mean kindness goes a long way. Let’s just say i won’t be coming back.
Not a great experience today. One sandwich has 2 bottom buns. We ate inside so we could get refillable drinks at the coke style machine. We paid and we're given our cups, walked to the machine to see that everything was grayed out. An employee in the lobby said to get some ice and go to the counter because the machine is empty. We went to the counter and all our drinks choices were unavailable. Diet Dr. Pepper, unsweetened ice tea, Cherry coke. Sandwiches were dry, which I have experienced at Popeye's before. Very disappointing.
Terrible experience all around. No one greeted us but looked at us like we were bothering them. Not friendly at all!The counter was dirty, the cash registers were broken and the card machine wasn't working right. The soda machine was broken too. The floor looked like a bloody body had been dragged across it (I'm hoping it was BBQ!)The fries were soggy, the tenders were more breading than chicken and you tasted flour.Very disappointed
Stop by Popeye’s Chicken on Henrietta Rd tonight about 7:50. I ordered a 2 pc with mashed potatoes. I received a dry azz piece of meat, a hard biscuit, and no napkins or anything. This is unacceptable to pay hard earned $ for crappie services. Looks like I need to create a boycott or something. Just because we are in a storm, customers should always be served like they are important. If the weather wasn’t so bad I would be on my way back there!
I like Popeyes food, but the wait was long to get our food, and the signage for various deals was not placed well. If going through the drive-thru, you would not see posters of deals that were posted on the other side of the establishment window. The food during our visit yesterday tasted different than normal. The chicken sandwiches that we purchased seemed a little tough, making it difficult to eat. All in all, it was an ok visit yesterday.
Went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken sandwich. Opened it up, went to take a bite, and it was completely cold. Drove through the drive-thru again and explained the situation. Was offered an apology and asked to wait in the parking lot so they could bring me a new sandwich. A few minutes later, they brought me another sandwich - which again was COMPLETELY COLD. Won't be back.

Food is fine, it is your traditional Popeyes. Service was extremely slow (even though I ordered pickup through the app). One of the employees in the back was not wearing any head covering and constantly on the phone, even with gloves on. There was no differentiation between people placing in store orders, mobile orders, and 3rd party delivery orders.
We really enjoyed the engaging staff - welcoming and friendly. The chicken tenders seemed like they needed another minute in the fryer and the cajun fries in my 2 piece combo weren't as hot as I'd have liked. It'll be good to try here again to see if this was just a one-off.
