Best Popeyes around!!! Employees always are polite and go above and beyond to satisfy thier customers needs.
Went through drive thru. Food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting around all day. Order taker was not pleasant.
I've been trying to give this place a chance, but there's almost always something wrong when I go here. Sometimes, it's the servers, sometimes I get the wrong food, sometimes I'm overcharged. Tonight, y'all need to teach the girl running the drive-thru some interpersonal skills. I was greeted at the speaker with "go ahead with your order" and with no acknowledgement of what I ordered, I was ordered to go to the last window. She was not friendly at all when I got there. When she handed me my two drinks (one diet, one regular coke), I asked which was which. Acknowledging that she had handed me a cup with soda all over the side she said "I think the one with the soda all over the cup is regular." She thinks. What a joke.
Didn't get what we ordered...girl at drive thru was rude and must have smaked her lips ten times. Eat elsewhere...
Stopped in for a quick pick up. Friendly staff and service was fast, food was hot. Thanks guys great job. I prefer real people to interact with, then machines. Got dinner for the whole family and didn't break the bank.
The service was so good even though they were slammed. Food was just cooked and fresh. They have the Coke machine that you pick all flavors.
We loved our meals. The Chicken is the best crunchy, not greasy. Mac and Cheese was excellent. We will be back!
First visit to a POPEYES LOUISIANA KITCHEN ever. Chicken was tasty,moist, yummy and seasoned just right. Only disappoint was no MAC &CHEESE available to try.

This is one of the best locations in the Rochester area. Food is always fresh and the employees are polite. It's good to finally have a Popeye's with great customer service and no attitudes ???? GREAT WORK!
