A superior Pizza compared to even the other pontilos. Many others say they are traditional Pontillo's but this truly is I have eaten Pontillo's Pizza since I have been 3 years old I am 59 years old. I will buey my pizza nowhere else!
I spent $25 on wings and a small pizza and everything was mediocre it was hit but the food didn’t taste like anything I was so disappointed after craving pizza and wings all day
Slices are huge and really good. Service was quick and friendly.
I'd give it zero stars if I could. Hands down THE WORST pizza in Rochester. Little Caesars is better. Over priced for a pizza that's rock hard on one end and under cooked on the other. Will never order from them againIn response to owner. First impressions can last a lifetime. Like the nasty food we ordered. Time to revaluate Pontillo's all together as your location (empire) looks filthy and perhaps think about your customers rather then robbing ppl for the terrible food you serve. You'd have a better customer base if you weren't the highest pizza place in Rochester with the worst food. 6 people all complained how terrible it was. I've read reviews all across the location with similar issues. Time to better yourself and company.

When I was on the phone ordering my pizza we had to call back a couple of times and the person I was on the phone with was rude and had a attitude
wrong pizza delivered waited 1 hour!! no opology and returned wrong pizza what are they doing with that!! never returning
The facility was good. The pizza itself was not to our liking. The crust had no flavor and it was over cooked.
