Girl answers the phone takes her 20 min to take a order she asked my number and was so confused. Had to repeat it over 4 times. She said 1.5 hrs for delivery I said dam she said yeah we're busy it's Friday and hangs up. I call back and she refuses to let me speak to a manager. IDC how busy you are you don't treat a paying customer like that. Will be the last time we ever order from there
Came in and got pizza and wings. Asked for wings to be all flats and well done with a side of ranch. Got only 5 flats, wasn't well done and was given Blu cheese. They are usually good but this wasn't the best experience. The pizza was good however. What does a customer have to say besides well done to get wings well done and crispy?
I wish people would stop complaining about prices. Minimum wage is 13.20. The price of everything in life reflects minimum wage, inflation and supply costs. A freshly made medium pizza with 2 toppings for 20 bucks is a bargain. Considering people make 26.40 every two hours. People are getting paid more now than they every have before. So please stop complaining about prices. They compare to any other place you call. Salvatore’s delivery charge is 7 bucks even if you live a street away, Pontillos is 4.50. Just stop the complaining.
Took my order wrong, delivered the wrong pizza, didn't mention the delivery charge amount on the phone. Refused to compensate for their own mistake. I've never been angry at a pizzeria until now. Save your money, your time and, your patience.
Prices have gone up a lot. I know everyone raising prices but $20 for a med 2 top pizza is ridiculous. Will still eat at lunch. Lunch special still reasonable

I arrived late to pick up my pizza, but it was still very hot and yummy. I got the pink sauce on a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Let me tell you, that pizza was gone by the next day. There was a good amount of sauce and the flavor was delicious. I absolutely would order again.
Awesome pizza. Love that their sauce is a bit on the sweet side. Wings are mediocre at best so i had to take 2 stars away
Was told this was authentic New York Pizza but turned out to be a fluke definitely not a place I would go for a pie
