We love the vibe here. You can dress casual, or fancy and still fit in. The food is delicious and all of the staff is great. The chefs are total hotties too.

Second time here. Main dining area at 6 pm empty this evening. Was seated at a table in front of the air duct pumping cold air. Asked to be moved. The waitress had to ask permission from the woman at the desk as you check in. All that was available was the booths in the bar area. We did stay which was our first mistake. A group walked in, occupied the bar area near us. For $100.00 with tip I could have ate at the bar at the distillery for less. When we brought it to the owners attention he said " he would talk to his staff". Talk all you want Tom. We WILL NOT RETURN EVER. Most booths were still empty in the dining area where she could have sat us. Food is mediocre at best for the prices and limited menu they offer. Owner never asked how he correct the problem. He doesn't need to talk to his staff, talk to the blonde at the door who makes the seating decisions. Pushing customers to the bar with unoccupied tables available.
This was our 1st time for Polizzi's al fresco this year. And it was excellent. Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly service. The apps and entrees were perfectly prepared. We were left to dine, and never felt 'pushed'. It was our 3rd time here this year, and they continue to do it right. And my brother even paid the check!
Double date with our friends. The food was delicious! We sat outside and it was lovely. Waitstaff was attentive and friendly. The chef/owner came outside to check in with us. He obviously cares a lot about the quality and taste of the food he serves and take pride in it. We will be back!
Friendly staff, waiter. Chef came over after, such a great gesture! We did go at 5 so not super busy yet. Place is pretty. Food was excellent. The calamari frito(greek style) was a hit. The prosciutto salmon was perfect, really everything was. I highly recommend the place. A combo of French, Italian, Greek, American cuisine. Saved the day, as we celebr. son's College grad.

Food was average this time, not sure if that's always the case as this was my first visit. I expected better given the prices. Like the atmosphere. If you sit in a booth in the bar area, be prepared for a bit slower service because the bartender has a lot to do for one person. We were not in a hurry, so it was fine and we liked the extra time to chat and enjoy our drinks, but if you're in a hurry, better let them know if you sit in that area.
great atmosphere in the restaurant inside the village gate. the food was good - portions were decent. great staff and service. not a big / extensive menu but no one in our party was disappointed with what they ordered. can be a little pricey, however.
