We came here with friends for dinner, knowing I had never tried sushi my friends insisted this was the place to try. They offer a wide variety of sushi raw and cooked, some cooked plates and dishes and combo meals and soups. They also offer cocktails, beer both domestic and Asian, and alcoholic boba tea.The service was excellent and the food came out quickly for being freshly prepared as we sat. Well prices are high for the product it makes sense. We will be back.
The food was very good, we ordered a tuna, a poke bowl and a macho mango, all the dishes were considerable portions, however, the service is AWFUL: the beer menu has the Sapporo at $5, we asked for 2, when asking for the bill, they were charging us $20, when we asked to the server (Nicole) she recognized the mistake and said that it was $10 for two beers, 5 minutes passed she came to take my card, when I mentioned if she had to change the bill first she said no because the bull was correct, supposedly the beer It was $10 each and not $5 for being a bigger size can but the menu didn't mention that and neither did the waitress! when I respectfully told her about this, she said that she couldn't do anything, even the "manager" told us that she couldn't do anything with our bill and that it was the waitress's mistake for not telling us beforehand about the different sizes and prices (which they didn't they are on the menu), they did nothing to correct their mistake, besides, they only had 4 tables with ours, it's horrible! They were not busy! How can the menu mislead the customer?! It is awful!
If you are someone who has never tired sushi/has not like sushi in the past, this is the place for you! Up until now I have only ever like veggie sushi, this place has definitely changed that! And the price point is AMAZING for the level or care and freshness they put into everything they make. Every roll I tired was amazing!! Will definitely be returning! Thank you Poke for an amazing, fresh, and filling dinner!
We love coming here, the sushi is so good! The rolls are tight and don't fall apart, our favorite roll is the muscle beach! We don't live in Rochester, we drive over 1 hour to enjoy Poke Sushi!
Sat at the bar with my boyfriend. We got there not too long after it ioened so it wasnt super busy. Everything was absolutely delicious. I also LOVED the strawberry drunk bubble tea it was really sweet and smooth.
My fiance and I came here for a date night! The lighting is low and the music is soft. We ordered many rolls, and each was absolutely delicious (notably the Oren). The cocktails were also delightful. The space is small, so even with a reservation, we had a wait. The waitress was definitely hustling, and tried her best to be attentive! I loved the presentation of the sushi in the boat! We will definitely be coming here more often since it's so close to home!
My favorite sushi place, and some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had! The owners are both wonderful, and clearly love what they do. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. I hope they have a flourishing business and are open for many years to come. If you haven’t been here yet, you have to go, because it will become a staple for you.
Delicious sushi! The Johnny cashew was a fan favorite and the spider was 2nd best ! Their spiked mango Boba drink was great as well just wish there was a little less ice so I could actually get my boba
